5 Star experience

Pros: Location, value/price, and top notch staff. Had an indoor pool and hot tub which was also very nice and well kept.
Cons: Nothing I can think of
Location: Lots of shopping, and restaurants and convenient to the highway also.
This was a very nice place to stay. The very best hotel staff we have experienced in a long time! Slight problem with the room but when brought to the staff's attention they moved us to another room without incident even though they appeared to have a pretty full house. It was everything we needed for a relaxing, quiet getaway.

Great stay except for bathroom cleanliness.

Stay was great overall, except for the bathroom cleanliness. There was hair in three different areas of the bathroom as well as feces in the toilet. I understand we are all human, and things get missed, but the toilet cannot be one of them. Staff was apologetic and accommodating. Great location, great breakfast, great service. Just need to double check rooms.

Excellent hotel! Very clean and nice. I liked that there was a light dinner offered the evening we arrived as well as a full breakfast in the morning. It is located in the cutest area and in close proximity to the Columbus Zoo, which was also amazing! All-in-all great price and Great hospitality! Stephanie from the front desk was wonderful. She had exceptional guest service skills!

Great Hotel!!

The hotel was very nice. Good location. I was able to sleep which I normally have trouble with for some nights when I am traveling. I slept like a baby every night. I will definitely stay here again.

Good location, mostly friendly staff

We got checked in and the room looked clean. We put our items in the fridge and found someone's left over rice, kind of gross. Overall the staff was friendly. Upon checkout the lady at the desk sat there as if we weren't standing there. She finally looked up and said "Oh." And checked us out. I found that kind of rude, but overall it was a good trip. I'd stay there again.

Modern hotel in great locale

Great service, awesome breakfast, nice staff, a small but warm pool, and pet friendly! It was a really nice hotel with good amenities and we would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved the free hot breakfast!!!! Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. Maids need focus

Cups weren't replaced. Floor wasn't vacuumed during my stay. Pancake machine was broken even though they had signs everywhere for night time pancakes
