This Hotel is convenient when visiting OSU. The complimentary Breakfast was good, the staff is welcoming, and has enough parking around.

I liked everything about my stay and would give it higher rating if not two things that were somewhat annoying. One, the property has a pool and a hot tub and the problem was there was so much chlorine in the water, it was causing me discomfort in my eyes that took couple of hours of clearing up. Second, on the TV the channel guide didn’t match actual channels and it was a challenge to find what I wanted to watch. I have never had a problem like that. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The room is nice the parking was real tight. There was barely any parking for customers. Frok 10 o’clock went to sleep was woke up at 12 from 12 to 5 in the morning with college students partying and playing music in the hallways, running up and down the hallways, and jumping up and down in the room above us. I asked the night staff five times to help me with this situation and he could not do nothing woke up in the morning and told the manager she said that this situation has been dealt with, that she been dealing with this from two days ago before my stay, but we wasn’t there that day and they didn’t accommodate us at all just took our money. We didn’t get no sleep the whole night it was a horrible experience. I would never stay here again.

The hotel staff are professional and courteous. The rooms are modern, large, and comfortable. We liked the Keurig coffee maker in the room, but had to ask at the desk for regular, caffeinated coffee (Green Mountain seems to be the chosen house brand) On the flip side, there were some burned out light bulbs in the lobby, which reeked horribly of chlorine from the pool, and there was red mold on the nozzles of our shower head. Additionally, the standalone wardrobe had not been wiped down recently, so there were cand prints all over it. As for surroundings, there is a very nicely run Denny's adjacent to the facility, as well as an excellent Indian restaurant. On balance, I would say the facility has earned two stars, but just.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly however there was a time whenfront desk worker who didnt speak English so she really couldnt assist us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool and hot tub looked maintained (pool was salty not sure why) however both times we went to pool there were no clean towels and the phone in the pool area to front desk was broken. Additionally the breakfast advertised Cinnabon but was never actually served while we were there which was disappointing

I found the property to be less than desirable. The noise was horrible. There was very little light in the room and that was a issue with me as well. Staff was okay but when I asked for late checkout I was looked at strangely. I would not return to this location

Room was being renovated, but wasn't done, so not sure why I got stuck in that room. TV/cable not hooked up, no sitting area furniture as shown on room pics. No room do not disturb signs. Came back late, told to park in front of the dumpster because they had no space. Bed was nice though.
