The tv screen was messed up, Blinds wouldn't go up or down, hotel needs to be updated for it to be an express I qas very disappointed

We had to unplug the AC bc it hasn’t got a clean filter, and because of that it never turned off and the sheets were constantly damp when we went to sleep

First room the blinds didn't work and the window was facing the parking lot so headlights were beaming in constantly. We had to get moved to another room upstairs since the windows up there were not going to have the lights from the vehicles in the parking lot shinning in. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The bed was very comfortable. Front desk personnel very pleasant. The ladie that prepared breakfast was very friendly, she made sure breakface area was clean and all food was hot and delicious. Excellent choice of foods. Overall a great experience

Poor condition
The hotel was not kept up well. The room smells moldy, and when we initially walked into a room, the air conditioning was not on. Also, they advertise a hot breakfast. We were told when we went down for breakfast at the oven was broken and we were only offered grab and go breakfast. There was no coffee made, and very little selection.

I hardly spend any time staying at a motel. So i cannot compare our stay to any other. I was well pleased with my service. I dont know if i was given a rate reduction for being a senior citizen or being a veteran.

Not the best hotel room
Everything was great but when we open the door to the room it felt like 90 degrees inside. We ended up cutting the A/C on but it took all night for the room to get cool enough just for me to get some type of rest.

The window shade was in disrepair. It could not be opened so the room was dark throughout the day. The water pressure in the shower was very low. The faucet was in disrepair. The shower (tub) floor was extremely slippery and caused a fall. Staff was friendly but the hotel was understaffed.
