Hotel of Musty

Considering the 2nd & 3rd floors smelled funny, it shouldn't of been a surprise that our room was musty. The ceiling showed clear signs of water penetration and damage. If they'd repair it, treat & clean it, the hotel experience would match its outer appearance & lobby, pleasant, modern & comfortable.

Pool was dirty. Only one washer and dryer in the hotel and took 2 hours to dry clothes, beds were small, elevator made a noise going up and down. The rooms were clean

In town for a nearby family reunion. Though the toilet looked like it could use another cleaning, overall it was a good stay. The front desk was incredibly pleasant to deal with. The breakfast both days were pretty good. And the A/C in the room was killer. If this wasn't a "we booked too late and there's nothing closer" hotel we'd probably stay here again next year.

Subpar hotel

Hotel front desk pretty incompetent. Not up to date with latest 3rd party deals and procedures. I had to contact hotels.com and IHG customer care over the phone to get issues resolved. Hotel manager would not contact me and I had to chase him down for resolution. Our room was not very clean; it wasn't vacuumed and smelled like mildew.
