The hotel was beautiful. Our room was nice and clean, and really comfortable. The only thing was they didn’t seem to have enough wash cloths, and towels. When asked for more the staff said they were waiting on laundry to get done. This could have been because the hotel was booked due to the game. But other than that everything was really nice. There is restaurants, and shopping in walking distance as well.

Staff was very nice. Check in was running behind and had to wait an hour for room to be ready. Once in room, determined it had not be cleaned. Bathroom filthy and had dried toothpaste on countertops. No other room was available.

I only had a few concerns when we got to the hotel the person working the desk wasn’t very friendly he just said I need your Picture is and credit card. He didn’t tell us about pool hours, checkout time, or breakfast like they usually do. When we went to the pool that evening it was disgusting. I spoke with someone about it and they told me they would take care of it which the next time we went down it was much cleaner.

Welcoming lobby and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Checked in late with 4 young children. Had to call down to the front to ask for sheets/pillowcases/blankets for pull out couch and then had to walk back down to get them as they did not have staff to bring them up. Also, apparently all of the bathroom doors are being replaced but on back order (per staff). My husband used our bathroom and got locked inside. Could not unlock the door from The inside. Staff said this happens often and they had to come jimmy the lock open for him at 11:30PM.

Not enough towels. Towel shortage due to theft we were told. Had to change rooms due to AC not working. Employees were amazing.

The hotel was nice and clean, but watch your prices. Once we got here, they charged 25.00 more then what the original price was. With no explanation at all.
