“We had a two night, two room reservation through Expedia. When we got to the hotel the front desk attending, rudely informed me that they had overbooked the hotel and that since we booked through Expedia the cancelled our reservation and sent us a message through Expedia. The message, which we didn’t see since we were traveling was sent 3 hrs prior to the scheduled check in time. The attendant at the front desk informed us that they have rooms at the adjoining hotel but that she would not……
