We stayed here to be close to the total eclipse. This hotel was impeccably clean and worked well for a family of 6 to stay there. That being said, the bathroom is tiny and inconvenient to change in. There is no microwave in the room.. The breakfast was appreciated, but the sausage was not hot and they kept running out of things. I think they did a good job, being they were booked to capacity. The town has all the amenities and the hotel is about 15 minutes from the zoo.

Our room was designed very awkwardly with a very small closet, no dresser for clothes, the sink was outside of the bathroom in direct line of the bed. The couch seat cushions were ripped. The space is in desperate need of updates and redesign. Breakfast options were very limited especially for healthy options.

All in all, solid hotel for the price and convenience to surrounding areas. I was there for a concert so basically to relax for a bit and sleep. Didn't use any facilities at the hotel but staff was very friendly. My only complaint would be is the shower was Luke warm and I like it hotter. But that's just being picky on my part.so at the end, it's not a luxury resort, but it's not a dirty motel.

The bed was too soft. Woke up with sore a back and neck. Could use thicker blankets as it got cold at night. The bathroom is too small and no bathtub.

Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, I liked they had a bar in the lobby too. Only minor issue I had was with only 1 functional elevator it made things inconvenient during the morning hours. No microwave in the room was strange as well. Would definitely stay again though

We were happy with our stay. Our room was clean upon arrival and we had no issues. The bathroom is extremely small but functional. There was only one working elevator which was concerning. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Easy access to major highways. Not a ton of options as far as food goes right in the vicinity of the hotel, but options within a reasonable driving distance. Liked the Noon checkout time! We would stay here again.

Could not check in, the night clerk couldn’t complete the check in, after 25 min I left to go to another hotel. It was 1:00am and I couldn’t wait anymore. Clerk was visibly upset and confused, maybe had a bad day, but became very rude when i told him not to bother and I’d be on my way.

Mediocre at best. Not luxury. But clean and friendly. Gym was very basic. Parking was free and spacious. Room was big enough and clean. Good for the money. I stayed for one night so it doesn't bother me.
