Upon arrival, I was worried that the outside didn’t look as pristine as the photos online appeared. I was pleasantly surprised to make it inside and be met with a nice facility. My room was clean, there was a pretty large mini fridge, and microwave with tv. Check in was really fast and their staff was kind.

the hot tub is being taken out. I purposely booked this hotel for the hot tub that wyndham and expedia advertised. I had to block my card to keep the hotel from charging me because I didn’t stayy.

As someone who use to live in Columbus and never really paid much attention to the hotel in passing as it looked just like any other hotel and didn’t stand out from outside.. but the inside is a totally different story and much nicer than I ever would have expected it to be… pleasantly surprised to say the least

We stay here every time we visit our daughter in Bloomington. It is an easy drive, and it’s a pretty drive to Bloomington. Many restaurants are in the area, but you will probably want to drive unless you go to the Mexican restaurant across the highway. That food is good, but Columbus has way more to offer. We will continue to stay here, impart, because it’s inexpensive, clean, and easy to stay.

This was the nicest La Quinta with the kindest and most attentive desk clerk we’ve experienced. The hotel was clean, as were the grounds, which we don’t always experience.

Pool was freezing. Hottub was covered by an indoor porch, even tho it's shown in pics. Dirty linens on pullout sofa bed, clean linens were in the closet tho. Condom wrapper found on the floor between bed and side table. My key card could open my friends door on another floor. I had the do not disturb sign up but still had a maid enter my room. For the price i paid, i should have had a 5 star review, not a 1 star. Do not recommend. Hotels.com said they could cancel my reservation and expected me to leave at 10pm with kids in tow to find another hotel.

No hot tub as pictured on the hotel's website and hotels.com. I choose this place for the hot tub and pool. The pool was freezing and not enjoyable. There was garbage in the room and food under the sofa. The family I was with could open my room with their key card and they found a condom wrapper in the room. Room did not have enough toilet paper or toiletries for our stay. The breakfast was great and staff were friendly, however I would not recommend and will not come back.

I learned the first time
The front desk receptionist first gave me the wrong room after i took everything to the room and then i had to take everything back down. She said they didn't have the room I reserved. She was aware i had family i was visiting and needed a living area to accommodate everyone visiting. She offered a 2 bedroom with a upgrade fee, ugh no! Then a maintenence man asked for keys and went to a room and said my room was clean and available. The sink was cracked. The bathtub looked old. The bedding was made in a rush...im not sure if my room was really clean. The maids where still cleaning rooms at 4pm when i checked in. Night shift didn't show up, they are short staffed. Breakfast was sad. The gravy was in a crick pot that looked like it was cooked over night. It was all brown and crusty around the edges and wasn't even hot. No salt and pepper. The hottub isn't available anymore which isn't noted. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this stay. I would not recommend it.
