The customer service was great. I had a emergency situation at my house had to relocate for a few days. Stress free check in and very helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area. Room was a little outdated but clean. House keeper was very nice also .Will stay again in the future.

Irish Fest visit
Previously there was a mini fridge in the room but the rooms no longer have those included, tv was kind of fuzzy but it was a really good stay overall, no loud neighbors, great stay

This is the worst place. Cigarette burns on counters, tub and sinks. Bathroom floor was nasty and broken up. Used condoms and trash in the parking lot. Carpet had burn marks and looked filthy. I would not walk anywhere without shoes on. Shower nozzle was so low i could not stand under the shower. No microwave or fridge. Cracks around doors and windows. Toilet seat was so low, hard to get up and down. Internet was poor and tv was outdated and poor quality. I will never stay here again.

Hello I don’t recommend this hotel charge me $50 deposit I have not seen this money in my account hotel is dirty people malign noises this hotel is in bad shape and the room is dirty and musty don’t stay here air conditioning make a bad noise very disgusting motel

It was acceptable.
The hotel was okay for the price, but was more of a $45 room than a $55. The facility was a little worn down from age. It is clear the owners are making it as acceptable as possible and they were very friendly and helpful when I checked in and out. It was acceptable for a weekend to see my son during Parents weekend.

Outside of the hotel it smelled like cat urine. When i walked into my room, there was a terrible stench. Black mold in the bathroom. The owners ordered me to leave an extra $50 security deposit on top of the hotel cost. They stated it would take 3 business days to readd it back to my card if they found no issues with the room, so i made sure to take pictures of all the existing damage. Still waiting for them to deposit the $50 back in my account.

It looked like holes had been punched in the walls and patched over. Housekeeping spilled my friends drink on the floor and made no attempt to soak it up. A pair of my socks (I know they were left in the bed cause i kicked them off) went missing.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly upon check in. The check in procedure was fast and easy. The Issue I have was finding bed bugs in the room. I know this can happen anywhere but I was attacked by multiple bed bugs and brought a live critter to the front desk attendant. After calling hotels.com she switched us rooms after a few hours. Which seemed to long to wait and have bed bugs crawling on my stuff. We where not offered any compensation for this situation it was handled like it was nothing. So now I have to pay for the bed bug spray and cleaning all of my luggage and items before I can bring anything in to my home. I just feel if this happens you should at the very least be compensated for the price and cost of disinfecting your items so you are not paying thousands to disinfect your home. I was given 10 bucks to do my laundry but the bed bug spray was 20 bucks really doesn't cover that or the itching feeling and paranoia I have felt for days.
