Hotel needs some work

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: The people at the front desk were friendly
Cons: Breakfast choices and ambiance
Upon arrival we were confronted with some major work in the lobby. In itself a good thing because the hotel needs it. We did not like the plastic underneath the bottom sheets, feels a little like a student dorm. The fridge made an irritating noise which should be taken care of. Room in itself clean. The breakfast was very poor for our taste and there are details they should consider to make the atmosphere more pleasing. Staff friendly. In view of the modest price we might not have expected a better experience.

Better characterized as a two star rather than the three star it's listed as. Hotel is an outdated Best Western that was sold to an independent owner.

Pros: The staff were wonderful... The location was close to where I was going...
Cons: The rooms need remodeled and the mattresses need replaced...
Location: The location is a few minutes from High Street, there were shops and dining places there...
The staff was extremely friendly ... The lobby is under construction, dust and uneven floor surface... Did not like that the pool and exercise room were in a separate building... The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable... The carpeting in the room resembled indoor/ outdoor carpet...The staff mopped the whole hall at one time instead of doing one half at a time- that would have assured a dry walkway ...

Nice hotel close to City

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Breakfast,staff
Cons: Cutting down on noisy guests .ie. Football players and hang up a sign
Location: 15 min. From downtown Columbus. Go to the statehouse and Mr Peanuts store, owner is so interesting as is the store. The statehouse is beautiful ,great
Hotel is clean and convenient. You do have to walk outside to use indoor pool and club. Noisy at night when football teams are around. Close to 71 North, free breakfast. No sign up yet, so hard to spot from road. Good luck location.

The special pricing was was good, but still it worth it. Old hotel in need of updates. Fake fire alarm in the middle of the night to cap it off.

Awful hotel

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Packed with loud inconsiderate people. Non smoking rooms smelled so much like smoke. Bugs. Smoke alarm went off while sleeping due to cigarette smoke

Never again

Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot from a couple who stood outside the hotel smoking cigarettes in the entrance and found blood stains on our sheets

Quick stop-over in Nashville

Posted Nov 23, 2016
We were travelling from Memphis to Ottawa, On - Canada, and we arrived late in Nashville. Got excellent service from front desk, it was a quick stop over because we arrived late and left early the next morning. Room was clean, beds were comfy... nothing to complain about, good value for the money we paid.

If you are in the area, not a bad option

Posted Nov 21, 2016
Pros: fridge in room
Cons: can't blame the hotel for the way that C-bus is
Location: drink beer, drink beer, and bowling across the street
First time in Columbus for me. If you want a cheap place to stay this could be for you. The crowd of people checking into the hotel looked a little on the shady side, however, I had zero issues. If you have $100 per night, I'd suggest elsewhere though
