First, the staff were just amazing. Always professional, helpful and friendly. The building and grounds were well maintained and the rooms were clean and updated. The only criticism I have is the lighting in the rooms, which is fluorescent and over lit. There was simply no light configuration to be had that didn’t make me feel like I was in a factory or hospital.

The hotel itself is perfectly fine. No issues and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. The beds are comfy and the room is clean. The area nearby is questionable and possibly unsafe. We didn’t have any issues, however when we arrived a guy was outside of his car dancing. The car smelled very strongly of weed. When we got inside the rest of his party was being asked to leave because they could only provide id from a person who was not with them. I like that the hotel takes privacy and security seriously and would not let someone stay who had an id and credit card that didn’t belong to any of them and did not match their last name. Overall, the hotel is great, the breakfast was great and no one messed with anything in the parking lot. It’s fine for passing through for the night.

When I tried to use the telephone to call for housekeeping, the telephone didn’t work. When I let the front desk know of this issue I was told that maintenance was not in and a work order needed to be put in. The telephone was never switched out or fixed. Also, bed sheets were nasty with stains. Overall, the service was good.

The staff was amazing. I shared one of the best experiences with the front desk lady ever. The issues that I have was around that parking lot and the door entering into our room and the cleanliness. There was stuff all of the floor and embedded into the carpet. There was a group of individuals using drugs in the parking lot that I witnessed. There was points when my key card did not work on the side door so I had to walk around the front to get back in and I had to walk by the individuals who were using drugs. Then the door to our room got stuck on the carpet and was hard to shut. If we needed to shut it very quickly, it would’ve been a challenge. I was traveling with my child alone and this is a concern for me as it is not very safe.

First thing to keep in mind is that this is a pet friendly hotel ,that mean you are going to see dogs everywhere even in the breakfast room. People that grade this hotel as very good is because they never travel to a very good hotel, this is an average hotel but not very good hotel. The bathroom was dirty full of hair the paper holder was loose, the safebox was looked I called to the front desk and they told me they do not have the code to unloook it. The pool was closed. We did the check in Friday March 29 the lady in the front desk was very rude and unprofessional we travel 6 hrs we arrived before the check in time we asked the receptionist to please give us at lease 1 out of the 3 rooms we booked because we have a baby and 2 kids in the group she told us to check at 1 pm to see if they have something available we did it every hour but with no luck finally around 3:15 the gave us two rooms but the 3rd one was available almost at 5 Pm after the check in time. The breakfast is not continental is a pre packed food the orange juice and cereal were nasty. The hotel smelled of marihuana and dog everywhere The guy at the front desk at night and the blond lady I think she is the manager , they were they only good thing in this hotel. Please avoid this hotel

I stayed here because it was close to the freeway and to Fort Benning ceremonies for my son. Price was perfect and the night staff (one guy) was great! I was scared because I was going to arrive late at midnight however it was easy check in and I was at my room within 15min of my arrival. Check out was even easier too just drop your key and your out.

Did have some problems but they were quickly resolved. Clean. Helpful staff, friendly. Breakfast buffet was a little on the lite side. Waffle maker was broke. The vending machine was half empty. Area around the property was clean except it the surrounding town was not fantastic.

Our room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel overall was clean as well. The room was comfy and cozy feeling, the beds slept very well. We had no hesitations or concerns and the staff was really polite and helpful as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Ive stayed at this location several times without incident, but this time was definitely different. The front desk clerk actually gave another guest a key to my room, and they were trying to get in while I was in there. The wuest stated she had neen in the room earlier, and i stated so was i. She said she saw my things, but wasn't sure why it was there. Apparently when she went out, i came back in. Crazy Right.
