The property stays Fairly quiet. The room reserved was unavailable offered double beds, declined, settled for nonsmoking king bed handicapped. Sure glad not handicapped, had dried spilled pop or something in front of refrigerator so sticky. Then when took shower leaked a puddle onto bathroom floor so wet and slippery. Very disappointing, convenient but will not utilize this motel again.

There roaches in my room on my walls, ceiling and on my bed. I asked to be moved and was told, since it was the middle of the night I need to talk to the front desk at checkout to be refunded. When I checked out the front desk told me to contact Expedia and I will be refunded, as well as being contacted by a manager. I talked to Expedia, then they called the property and the same person told Expedia not to refund me and a manager would contact me. I still have not heard from the manager and no refunds have been approved on my account.

First room water in shower/tub didn't work. You have to request service if you want fresh towels. We had to go to desk for some. We ran out of the half roll that was in the room and had to go to desk to request that. You could hear anytime any of the surrounding rooms ran water or flushed toilets. They seem to randomly charge prices, but it was close to the hospital which is what we needed.

I’m a traveling nurse: property was very close to hospital. Less than a mile. Couple down sides: one, towels in the room had a lot of hair stuck in them and the room was half ass cleaned. Shower had old soap scum all over it and the floors were obviously not cleaned. Two, they allow guest to check in at 1am. Folks checking in next to me were very loud, rude, and obnoxious; woke me up out of a dead sleep and continued being loud and noisy until 4am. Other than that, not a bad weeks stay. Bring your own towels, linens and blankets…and probably a set of earplugs.

For 200.00 a night my expectations of the maintenence of the rooms should have been better. The use of cleaning with bleach needs to be evaluated. The smell was so strong in the rooms could really hurt someone. I was a Asst GM for Marriott and not that I am comparing but the room should have been better. Also making us stand there while checking to see if we damaged the room for over night stay was appalling. Will never recommend staying at the brand of hotel would have been better sleeping in the car.

Cheap, but don’t have high expectations.
Truth be told, I wasn’t expecting much for it being a motel 6….what I did expect or at least hoped for was a clean room that was at least put together. Floor trim was coming off the wall & for it to not smell like moisture the night of checkin / next day. Room smelled of bleach morning of checkin, possible water leak???

Bulbs in entry light burned out, Room looked as though it was recently painted but was a sloppy/rushed job. The bathroom door was painted and swelled in a way that kept it from fully closing and the shower was in need of serious scrubbing. The bed was clean, comfortable and freshly changed.

I arrived, my room was prepaid, gentleman at the desk instructed me their was a $ 50.00 dollar deposit which I was not aware of. I asked why and he said, it's for damages if occured. He said it would be returned to my card once I checked out after room is checked.That date was 9/20/23, the money wasn't returned till 9/25th. I opened room door, and was surprised, the floor appeared not to have been cleaned, their was little pieces of debris on the main section of floor it was dirty. The furniture was dirty. The bed frame had dried food onto wood where the mattress fitted into. The satellite TV went out between 8:30pm 9:00pm. I picked up the telephone to call office, it wasn't working no tone, I called on my cell phone, the gentleman came quickly, he moved around buttons on remote and box no service, he said we lost communication with satellite, he said wait it will be restored, I told him about the above complaints, he said other people had complained also, and left. The satellite remained out after I left the next day check out. I went to office to turn key in and let someone know how much I was disappointed, I explained all the above issues, the lady just said oh, I asked her about my deposit and she said it would be returned, but didn't say when. I will never return at that motel, it was lousy. I suggest if the light is on as the commercial says keep going don't stop.

It’s beat up and the rooms smell bad :(
It’s ok if you just need a place to crash and you’re on a budget. I wouldn’t bring my kids here. It’s very beat up and it’s not clean…our room smelt like old smoke despite being a non smoking room. we found hairs in our fridge… there’s so many patch jobs and things in rough shape. The beds are half decent, but that’s honestly it. We tried to stay on a budget for a bucks game, but we won’t be returning.

Don’t stay here! You get what you pay for
We booked two rooms. One room had a used bar of soap in the shower and the sheet were stained yellow. We didn’t notice until really late at night (stayed here after a concert) the other room the floors were soaking wet with what smelled like pure bleach and we checked in 40 min after 3pm check in time. Came home, all my clothes in my bag reek of cigarette smoke and we were in a non smoking room. We had someone with us that has severe allergies and the cigarette smell did not help. Definitely will never stay here again.

Hello Rebecca, I am very sorry that you smelled smoke - of any kind - at our property. We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Dirty bed sheets when arrived, tv didn’t work, had to wait around for management to arrive to discuss the issues which seems initially like an inconvenience to them. Not even worth the cheap rates.

Just a quick over night stay, but it was clean and quiet. The desk staff were very polite.
