Rather isolated location and slipshod management.

Although I had made my reservation at least two weeks in advance, no one called me to tell me that the indoor pool would be closed for the entire duration of my stay. Had I known, I would definitely have stayed elsewhere. The hotel had made arrangements with another hotel, more than two miles away, for guests to use that pool, but that was not a viable option. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and took several minutes to drain. I told the management shortly after my arrival, but it was never corrected during my three-night stay. The parking lot is at some distance from the hotel entrance. The dining/breakfast room is inconveniently located, as well. This hotel charges extra for everything except internet.

We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings, however we are disappointed that our pool closure was an inconvenience to you. We did post information about our pool closure on our website and Facebook pages, and do appreciate your suggestion of contacting guests with prior reservations to make them aware, and we will incorporate that suggestion when future maintenance needs arise.
