Close to Polaris.

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: Very clean, comfortable room. Seems quiet and private if you would go there for business. Great easy to use wifi. Good breakfast.selections.
Cons: Hotel could use more signage both inside and out as the property is sprawling- especially the signs to find the hotel itself. They do give you a map
Location: we went to go shopping at Polaris, close to nice selection of restaurants as well.
Very clean, nice room, comfortable furnishings. close to shopping. Hotel lot was full, but it was very quiet there. Wifi was great, easy connection, good speed, . Very nice breakfast.

Kick off the Holidays!

Posted Dec 5, 2016
Pros: The décor and grounds are beautiful.
Cons: Bathrooms could have better lighting, vents and shower heads.
Location: Good location, close to much shopping and freeways.
We went to Columbus for Winterfair Art show and stayed one night in this hotel. It was lovely, the grounds and the buildings were decorated with lights and holiday wreaths and red bows! We found ourselves in the Holiday Spirit as soon as we checked in! The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast in the AM was good, buffet style but omelets and eggs cooked to order. We will definitely stay there again!!

Great hotel, close to shopping and other amenities

Posted Nov 30, 2016
Pros: Hotel was clean, welcoming. Grounds looked good even thought it was Black Friday weekend. The breakfast was great. Front desk staff very helpful.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Close to lots of shopping, zoo.
When I booked the room, I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When we checked in, we were given a suite. This was a wonderful surprise.

Great hotel near north side of Columbus!

Posted Nov 28, 2016
Pros: Everything except the thin walls/floors!
Cons: Unfortunately you can't soundproof it once it's built!
Location: near Columbus Zoo and Polaris Mall and about 15-20 minutes to OSU
Suite was large, beds were comfortable with lots of pillows, and bathroom was very clean. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was good with custom omelettes. The only thing that was a bit of a problem was the thin walls and floors; this may not be the place for light sleepers. We were kept awake by people walking above us, people showering next door, and doors closing in hallways.

Presently surprised

Posted Nov 27, 2016
I would reccomend. Staff was friendly and welcoming .very clean. Only tip I would give them is to be more available during breakfast. We waited quite awhile till we understood that the guys cleaning tables also brought drinks and such. They didnt go out of their way to wait on you. Breakfast, made to order eggs were great. We will be back.. very close to Polaris Shopping and only about 20 minutes from Easton with traffic.

Rather isolated location and slipshod management.

Posted Nov 27, 2016
Pros: The breakfast was excellent.
Cons: All the above!
Location: Hotel is not within reasonable walking distance of any stores or restaurants. It is pretty much self-contained, although facilities on site are scant
Although I had made my reservation at least two weeks in advance, no one called me to tell me that the indoor pool would be closed for the entire duration of my stay. Had I known, I would definitely have stayed elsewhere. The hotel had made arrangements with another hotel, more than two miles away, for guests to use that pool, but that was not a viable option. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and took several minutes to drain. I told the management shortly after my arrival, but it was never corrected during my three-night stay. The parking lot is at some distance from the hotel entrance. The dining/breakfast room is inconveniently located, as well. This hotel charges extra for everything except internet.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts regarding your recent stay. Your feedback is a gift to us and helps us identify areas of opportunity. We are pleased that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings, however we are disappointed that our pool closure was an inconvenience to you. We did post information about our pool closure on our website and Facebook pages, and do appreciate your suggestion of contacting guests with prior reservations to make them aware, and we will incorporate that suggestion when future maintenance needs arise. We would love for you to give us another try when your travels bring you back to the Columbus area. All My Best, Sue Bellan, General Manager

Somewhere short of average.

I didn't think it was possible to screw up breakfast but they sure did. Everything was cold except the omelettes. Not enough staff and very disorganized. Couldn't keep tables cleaned. Won't go back.
