Hotel was nice but didn’t get room service like they said the pool wasn’t open like they said the restaurant wasn’t open like they said the bar wasn’t open like they said but to cover it all went to check out and checked back in the same room the credit my account they said they refunded me the money but l had to give them cash or another card it was more then what I paid for because I had to get cash out the atm but overall the room are clean staff are nice

I didn’t stay at the hotel, their pool was closed. I had two smaller kids and that’s the whole reason I booked the room in the first place. I tried to get a refund, no one seemed to be able to help me

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The only complaints that I would have is for some reason our room had no shower curtain or liner to shower. Also at breakfast my fiancé got milk and it was sour.

The room itself was great but the didnt clean the snow in the parking lot very well inwas stuck in the snow most of the night and it was imat the entrance of the ramada inn very poor parkkng .

Not at all a good experience. Room was filthy, pizza boxes stacked on trash can, soda and liquor bottles scattered all over room, had to get a new room. Hallway smelled of smoke, snack machine only had gum. Walks and exterior doorways not scooped, lots of snow. Pool, restaurant and bar closed and never opened.

We didn’t like the fact the front desk gal had absolutely no clue how to do her job. Couldn't add triple AAA to room. Told a person on the phone they had no reservation. Hung up phone then in front of us laughed and said "oh there it is". We asked how to get to our room. She just pointed down a hall, which led to a large banquet area where we wandered for 20 min until finding where we needed to go. The property is very large. Housekeeping was beating on our door at 7am and woke us up. Food was cold, unattended, and not enough sitting out for 4 people to eat. At check out same front desk gal Couldn't figure out how to print me a receipt. Finally said she'd email one, I've received nothing. Theres plenty of better quality places to stay.

I was there a week and asked to please only empty my trash daily. The housekeeper did not consistently come to my room to empty trash. I had to go get a housekeeper to empty my trash at one time when arriving from a day at work at 6pm. The next day they didn’t attempt to check my room and I had trash (leftovers) that I had thrown away and I had to empty my trash myself. The dining room was never open which is the only reason I choose to stay at the Ramada Inn. Heater never worked and it was cold at night. I had reported this and nothing was done. My check out date I had a housekeeper knocking on my door at 6:50am! Never had an experience like this.

Would consider coming back on another trip.
My room key did not work, so I had to have it replaced and walking up to the desk was not convenient for me because I am disabled. The ironing board appears to be damaged as I was unable to fold it back up again as I was done using it. The room was neat and clean and comfortable for me. The food at the bar was excellent as well as the service.
