Rude staff with unclean floors

Upon arrival to the hotel the staff personnel asked to see my ID and a credit card for check in. She glanced at my ID and told me I would have to call Expedia and get my money back. I asked her why and she rudely responded that their hotel policy is that you have to be 21 to check in. I looked at her puzzled, and told her that I was 23. She then rudely snapped back and asked me why it says I'm under 21 on the side of my picture. I pointed out that it said "under 21 until 1-13-2014". She then said "Oh, well I bet you get that a lot." I told her that she was the first person to even mention that. Right after, she got an attitude again and told me that I could not use my debit card (it also doubles as a Visa credit card) to check in. I asked her why, and she rudely snapped that it had to be a major credit card. Again, I told her that it is a Visa credit card as well and that I always use it for check in at hotels without a problem. She rolled her eyes at me, and so I asked her to just run it through and if it didn't work is get her another card. ( It worked if anyone is wondering.) Once we got into our room we noticed that the floors were covered in dried mud and pine needles (not from our shoes), and it was all throughout our room. The bed was comfortable and clean, but I would not stay there again unless I absolutely had to.
