The room was really small. And the mattress should be replaced. The drain for toilet sink and shower needs clean. There was no microwave or fridge. I will never stay at red roof again.

Tv did not work and front desk refused to fix the issue and told me to just wait until morning to have someone come look at it. Ive stayed with this hotel quite a few times, as i travel for work, and this was the worst ive been treated. I dont intend on staying here again.

As I was looking at the blanket, I noticed so much hair on it. I requested another blanket, but the staff told me that they were all out. Also, I had to call front desk with my phone, there was a phone on the desk, but it wasn't even connected. I walked in, and there was dirt/dust on the chair that I had to clean myself. My allergies were acting up, so I knew that the room was dirty. You get what you pay for, but it should be the bare minimum for the room to at least clean.

The first room they gave me the tv was barely Hanging on the wall and did not work! Then they moved me and then the phone never worked in my room,which they said they would come fix it but never did! The front desk dude was RUDE the whole time I was checking in. It was NO salt down at all. The halls was full of the ice & left over snow. The hotel room wasn’t even cleanned right. The room, which I paid for a "premium" room, had an electric baseboard heater MOUNTED ON THE CEILING, and every few minutes it kicked on and off and woke me up. I've never, ever seen a baseboard heater on the ceiling, and it made a LOT OF NOISE. This was NOT A PREMIUM ROOM... :-(

My stay was for an outpatient surgery at OSU. The bed was very comfortable and I was so happy to be able to lay down and rest after my surgery. I slept very well. I returned after my surgery and the bed was made up for us as well! The only thing I missed was a small refrigerator to keep my drinks cold but we did fine.

Went to check in and the room had not been cleaned. There were empty beer cans, dirty sheets, and furniture turned over in the room. They offered another room and I said absolutely not. Disgusting establishment and will never stay at a red roof inn again.

OSU was great hotel not so much
You can afford to put Kleenex or tissues in the room. Not a mini package with three tissues. A group stayed outside for a long time partying. They did this on both required nights. Keep the drinking and drunken behavior to inside the rooms please. I have stayed here many times and live the location for OSU games. No cleaning of the room so no new coffee. I know you can do better.
