The hotel is clean enough but the bed was a marshmallow with zero support and the shower drain was slow and I had to stand in water up to my ankles by the time I was finished. The black curtain didn’t work as it had a gap on the side of the window that faces the bed.

It was located a little over 3 miles from Legoland, which is why we were in town. The pool was very nice. Our key card wouldn't work in the pool for now did others that we were around, staff very friendly & helpful about it.

First we were charged a $100 deposit that we weren’t aware of. There’s usually a $50 fee for incidentals but never been that much. Our room smelled so bad of weed! For being a non smoking room, people were obviously smoking weed in there. The breakfast buffet was not nearly as good as any other Staybridge Suites we have stayed at. There was one person working at it and she was doing dishes the entire time. The hot items were eggs, sausage and sweet potatoes. The eggs were almost empty when we went to breakfast and were empty the entire time we were there. Same with the sausage. The set up was very strange. You had to get cereal on one side and walk through everyone then to get to the milk on the other side. I will say check in and out was quick and easy. We have always stayed at this type of hotel and it has been wonderful until this one. We will still book at Staybridge Suites in the future, just not at this one

We stayed at this facility twice recently because it was close to the airport and our flights were early morning and returned late in the evening. Both were just overnight stays. The room was very nice and comfortable beds. On our last stay, our room was extremely cold. The air conditioner was on and it was only in the 20's outside. Our room was 55 when we went in. If I hadn't been so tired, I would have asked for another room. I just dressed warm and covered up and finally got warm enough to go to sleep. The breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30. However, when I went down for breakfast, everything was pretty much gone. Only some white bread for toast and some yogurt remained. They had a waffle maker but no batter. Was not able to find anyone who could refill anything. So I would recommend going to breakfast early.

Hotel was okay. Pretty clean. Undisclosed fees that are not disclosed at time of booking and if you don’t have it on your card, you can’t stay. It really messed up our budget for our trip. And still has not been refunded

The check in was easy and the gentleman behind the desk was patience and informative. However, the pool was cold and was told the service couldnt happen until Monday, which didnt help us on Saturday night. The room overall was clean, however the corners of the rooms could use some more cleaning. And the nightstand had what appeared dried nail polish or glue.
