AM fire alarms

Two fire alarms between 12am and 130. Staff offered to comp the stay but Expedia would not accept a refund for the inconvenience.

Close to the Zoo, great room, good breakfast

The hotel was nice. Expedia didn't handle our reservations correctly so we had to get two rooms even though we booked a suite. Will not use them again.

Rooms spacious but very noisy

The room was very spacious and clean. Hotel staff very friendly. Con we were located facing the courtyard the wind was soooooo loud that it sounded like cars were drag racing all night also the pillows were not full size pillows.

Refused to give us the room we reserved

Awful experience - hotel staff put us in the wrong kind of room. They refused to give us the room we reserved. There was no effort made at all to improve the situation. Will never stay at this hotel again!

大きな部屋。朝ごはんはお早目に。メイドサービスがいまひとつ。

空港から30分ほどでレンタカーで到着。 写真で見るより実際はもう少しくたびれた印象です。外見は悪くないですが室内は古びて来ています。よくアメリカの地方のハイウエイを降りたところにあるような、ああいったタイプのホテルです。 いいところは、少し離れたところに某日本車メーカーさんの工場・研究所があるおかげか、日本人が沢山泊まりに来るので、無料の朝食には一般的なアメリカン・コンチネンタルと共に白米と味噌汁、のりなどが提供されます。ただし8時を過ぎるころにはコーヒーすら無くなっているかも。早めにいくことをお勧めします。 部屋は基本的に大きなリビングのスペースとベッドルームが分けられており、長期滞在者にも便利です。大型冷蔵庫、キッチン、電子レンジ、ソファー、ワークデスク2つ、という事なし。洗濯ルームもあります。屋内型プールも予想より素敵でした。ジムはトレッドミル、ウエイトくらいしかなく、いまひとつです。 上階の歩く音が「ドス、ドス」と筒抜けに聞こえます。隣室の音も結構聞こえます。壁が薄い印象。 メイドサービスがあまり宜しくない印象で、バスタオルも2枚だけ、トイレットペーパーのスペアもなく、補充すらされませんでしたのでフロントに取りに行きました。全体的にスタッフの数が足りていない印象です。

Pros: clean, kitchen, staff
Cons: breakfast was ok, have seen way better, first morning no meat just gravy, second morning was better
Overall good, I liked the kitchen, being a big guy the queen sized bed was not enough for my wife and I but that is not hotels fault.
