Condo Style

Pros: Love the design, décor and location. Roominess of the room and bathroom
Cons: More staff
We loved staying here. Very modern design and décor. Love the historical photos that dress the walls. It feels like condo style living. Big room, big bathroom. Keurig. Huge windows. Real plants in the room. I felt like I could live there. Already looking for a reason to return to Columbus so I can stay here again!

Very clean, retro modern, cheap convenient self park, restaurant on premises, safe-walkable to arena and music venue.

Very Spacious Room BUT Noisy

Cons: More sound deadening
Location: Very close to Nationwide arena. Arena has a bottle neck problem at entrance. Get there early or the line is long to get inside.
Honestly, I loved this hotel. The rooms where huge and I love the exposed brick walls. BUT if you have inconsiderate neighbors you will hear them. We got back to the room at 1:30 a.m. We climbed into bed and the room right next to us had the tv so loud we could hear it through the wall. We had to turn our tv on to help deaden the noise. The room upstairs must have had a gymnastics final they were practicing for because you heard THUMP THUMP THUMP, CRASH. Looking up you could see the floor they were walking on as they had exposed the floor joists. It was late, well past the time for people to be settled in and asleep. There was no one at the front desk so I assume no one to call. And rather than get into a confrontation as 2 women by beating on the door, we tried to go to sleep. Luckily I brought earplugs. I don't know if I would stay again. Too many nice hotels in the area with the proper staff to address these problems. The rooms looked great, but if they don't provide enough insulation for people to not hear everyone around them, it is pointless.

modern functional hotel

Pros: comfort
Cons: possibly a lobby that is a little more welcoming
Location: centrally located
very functional modern hotel with an industrial feel to it. no flashy lobby but the rooms are very comfortable and modern.

Quiet, close to Convention Center

Location: The hotel is directly across from the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is a "sister" hotel to the Crown Plaza so some of the amenities (such as the fitness center) was available to patrons of The Lofts. It was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again.

Funky-nice hotel in the middle of Columbus

Room was very spacious - 2 rooms really. Each room has a unique layout in this converted factory. Great value for the price. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not worth the money

Wouldn't stay there again. Staff was not friendly. Room was odd. No other amenities.
