Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms. But, no ability to check luggage before check-in or after check out which created a major issue. Never stayed at a property that did not have this option.

Some construction going on around the property but the hotel rooms themselves were very very nice. I had no problem with them and the staff at the coffee shop and the breakfast meal and the check-in. They were very very nice. I would definitely stay there again The beds are a little bit high but very comfortable and a walk-in shower was very nice. Dog friendly. My beagle loved it

The free coffee and breakfast sandwiches were a good value. Highly recommend the Sausage & White Cheddar. The proximity to the train tracks was a bit of a shock and definitely prohibited solid sleep.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but honestly was very pleased with our stay! The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, really enjoyed the shower and it was a quiet area. Convenient access to lots of good food and shopping but not too close to busy areas. All-around great affordable stay, highly recommend.

If you want easy access for your room to car, this place is a great place to stay! The rooms are clean and efficient with a small fridge to keep drinks cold, a Keurig with a couple of pods for morning coffee. Vinal flooring ensures rooms are clean. Comfortable bedding and a nice sized TV for the room. Staff is amazingly kind and friendly!

Neat place to stay! All staff members were very friendly. Our only complaint was no curtains on the windows. The blinds were enough to allow privacy, but not enough to keep light out, so it was very bright all night long.

Super cute! We stayed for a concert in the city and it was super easy to get to the arena and back! Very clean and friendly staff. I paid 1/3 of the price of the downtown hotels and feel like I got the same service and room as the $350 hotels.

Nice rooms. Looks like it should be the trap but it’s not! The rooms are nice and modern looking. Bathroom nice. Shower nice. Could be cleaned a little better around outside on floor and little water damage on ceiling but overall great room especially for price and location. Weird thing is you check in inside the coffee shop, but it smells wonderful in there! Very nice staff

My only complaint is that the nightlight in my room had its cover scratched off, so it was very bright all night. But its such a unique motel! You check in at a coffee shop! Its really cute and i will probably stay here again if i ever need to be in the area again

There was a mix up with my check-in, apparently I had already checked in when I arrived. Which was odd as I had just arrived from Tennessee. Then I was given keys to an already occupied room.I booked a king bed room and ended up in a double bed room. Other than this I would happily stay with them again.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. It was clean and we felt comfortable. The bed was nicer than many other hotels. It was also quiet at night. We would absolutely stay again.

This is perfectly located to get to the OSU campus. The train tracks are close but the trains weren't a major issue. The breakfast sandwich and coffee every morning that was included with the room hit the spot to get the day started off just right. The staff was always upbeat and helpful. This is our go-to place when we return to Columbus.

Nice stay for the weekend, 10 minutes away from the Arnold Classic. Staff was nice and helpful. The coffee shop had great coffee and food. Would stay again.

The motel is newly renovated and our room was very clean. I’m typically hesitant to book a motel but I would book this one again based on our experience!

I don’t know why this place has such a high rating. Our room was disgusting!!! Our sheets and blankets were not clean, make-up spots on them alone with black hairs all over it. The floor was nasty, and definitely had not been mopped in a while!! We tried calling the front desk for clean sheets and no one would answer. Will not stay here again.

The motel is newly renovated, however seems it was poorly done. Toilet paper holder and shelf were falling out of the wall. Took a while to have hot water after my wife showered. On the bathroom door there were smears of something disgusting. The bedding was clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable and staff was very pleasant.
