I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff cared less about doing their jobs. They were very unfriendly. At breakfast there was no food and they didn't put food out after requests from multiple guests. A staff started putting the food up 15 minutes early. There was no coffee at the 24/7 coffee area. The front desk was left unattended with the phone ringing off the hook while staff were outside smoking. I did appreciate the cleanliness of the room.

Hotel & rooms were very clean. Was perfect for us going back-and-forth to the Ohio Beef Expo. Breakfast was good! We wish there were microwaves in the room so we didn’t have to go down stairs to warm up our food. We also wish it had a pool for our grandkids & a hot tub for us.

Most desk staff didn't seem to be customer-oriented/friendly. Felt like we were interrupting them even when no one else was at the desk. Breakfast set-up was lacking and usually a few items missing/gone, not replenished. Toaster didn't work well and when toast/muffin/bagel came out, if it weren't standing there to catch it, it landed on the floor. Pancake machine was not operating 2 out of the 3 days of the stay.

Room was clean! The vibe was cool. There was a pool table in the common area that was fun. The cleaning lady we met on the elevator was nice. Both desk people were TERRIBLE. Breakfast was ok.
