Ms. Sharon,I am very sorry that you weren't happy with your stay. Our policy is that we do not accept cash at check-in.Our rates are different from a weekly rate stay and a monthly rate stay as we explained when you arrived. The rate you were quoted is the monthly rate and it has to be paid in full for the month at check in. I am sorry for the miscommunication.

When I arrived at 9:30 pm, there was nobody in the office to check me in. They have a phone to dial 500 if it is after hours. I could hear the phone ringing in the office but nobody had forwarded the call from the after hours phone. I had to have some other people that stayed there go and get the person to come and check me in. The woman that finally did show up gave me a song and dance about how the phone system had been down since 4 that afternoon. The phone was ringing in the office...so it was a bunch of hogwash. Won't stay there again.

Dear Sir:I am very sorry for the problem you encountered when checking in. Unfortunately , the only phone that was ringing was in the office, the portable carry phones were not ringing. I understand this is not your problem, it was an issue on our end. The woman that checked you in was explaining that we were having a phone issue. Sorry this caused you to have a bad check-in, I would hope that you would give us another chance .

Please note, there was no reservation so i had to pay out of pocket. the hotel said they have never had transactions with ebookers and that ebookers did not confirm a booking nor pay them at all. i trust you will be able to effect a full refund, cover the telephone charges and send a goodwill voucher. Your agents could not sort it out while I was in the USA. Upon return, I called your office to clarify and get a refund. the hotel itself was satisfactory and met my needs. Thank you.

Easy check in, idk why you need a key to go in to the lobby, cuz then you need to call the front desk. But other than that. The room we got had a stove full fridge and it’s was supper clean. Definitely will stay here again.

The staff was nice enough... The place needed a key to get anywhere and all the cameras kinda felt like we were in jail tho and even with all that there were several nights of people fighting and pounding on the doors. They guy across the hall from me decided to start knocking on my door several times a day wanting to play with my dogs. Decided to leave and stay somewhere else

Ms. Amanda,Thank you for taking the time to do a review on our property. Our Hotel is focused on security for our guest and staff. The building is a secured building for that very reason, that is why the doors are key entry only, this helps us to control who is in our building. As far as camera's that is also for security.I am sorry you were being disturbed by another guest, had it been brought to our attention we would definitely had taken care of it. I also was not aware of any fighting or pounding on doors. At time this was happening staff should have been made aware of it.We appreciate you and wish you safe travels in the future.

Unfortunately for guest that prefer carpet in the hotels they stay with and full service amenities, we are a Extended stay hotel that has full kitchens in all the rooms and hardwood floors through out the hotel. Hairdryers and other amenities are available at the front desk if needed. I am sorry you were under the impression we are a full service hotel. I am glad you like the beds and were able to get a good nights rest.

Worst place in OHIO
I stayed one night due to a domestic violence situation, and was denied my refund.. all because the lady behind the counter made my husband out it into his name upon check in when the booking was in my name. I would like my money back for the 6 nights I did not stay

My son had stayed here in the past. The hotel itself is OK and recently remodeled. However, we rented a room for 2 weeks with confirmation, and were told when we got there that they were unable to rent to him. No real explanation, no advance notice. We were left scrambling for somewhere for him to stay. The hotel had his phone number, mine, and his father's. He was listed as the person staying there on the reservation. But they let us show up with 2 weeks of frozen food and other groceries, not knowing we were not going to have a room. It was extremely frustrating.

I arrived around 11:00 to check in, and I had to call to a room, and wait for someone to let me in and check me in. While getting checked in, there were many other people behind the counter including a dog. They were very unprofessional. Also, I got charged on Expedia then they charged me again at the hotel. We got put into a smoking room, unintentionally (was the only room left but I wasn’t aware that that would be our room until we finished the booking process). Also -there is no complimentary breakfast, snacks or anything.

There is always an attendant on duty and once you call them they will come to the desk and check you in. I am very sorry your check-in did not go well, and this has been addressed with my staff. Being an extended stay hotel we do not offer breakfast, we have full kitchens in your rooms. When making your reservations you should have told that we do not offer breakfast and also that the only rooms available were smoking. I am so sorry again for the issues you encountered. Beware of this manager!! I had an animal that ruined a chair. I was charged $700 which I paid. I was then kicked out and they kept the 5 days that were already paid for. I psid for the damage and they stole 5 nights of hotel.

We don't do refunds at check you sign a paper that says that also he didn't tell us that he had a pet. He signed a paper saying he didn't have a pet. There was damage to the chair and he was charged for it.
