Feels like a Holiday Inn Express in the US, but with better service. They had the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel, and they have hot food available in the evenings.

Holiday Inn have never disappoint. Itā€™s pretty basic but it has everything needed. Best beds, sheets and it has air conditioner. Iā€™ve been staying there for 3 years, every time I travel to Chile from the USA and I will continue to choose Holiday Inn.

Good stay, very slow check-in
Good one-night stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for the four of us (including to children). Filter coffee maker provided in the room totall pointless, since no filters or coffee were provided and only one disposable cup. Check-in was terribly slow, with only one person manning the front desk. Despite the fact that we had been waiting for 15 minutes, she decided to help a guest, who hadn't been waiting more that a minute, check out first. Breakfast was ok but totally environmentally UNFRIENDLY! Too much plastic, throw-away cutlery and disposable cups, presumably all in the name of COVID...

Nice Spot outside of the city center
The Hotel is a bit outside of the city center but, but close to other amenities like a Mall, and various restaurants.

Nice hotel
Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is real close to the mall. Only feedback I have is for the fitness room: at the time of the review, the fitness room has a handful of cardio machines and dumbells going up to 5lbs--that's about it. Itd be nice to include more options outside of cardio. All in all, I would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday Inn express experience, and I'll be booking with them again next time I visit Concepcion.

The hotel is Ok, But I booked for 5 nights for 2 guys as I had an installation in the area. the job got delayed and the hotel said I could cheak out early with no penalty. seeing I was coming back that was a good call. BUT NO. THE HOTEL NEVER REFUNED THE MONEY FOR THE UNUSED NIGHTS. THEY ARE CRIMINAL...LIRES AND WONT GET MY REPEAT BUISNESS FOR ALL FUTURE TRIPS.........

Great hotel for a night before flight
Great hotel, ladies at the front counter are great as well! Mall is across the street, they arranged a taxi for me to the airport, breakfast was good! Looks like restuarant in lobby is good too!

Best hotel stay ever
I have been to many nice hotels in the USA, but this one tops them all! Except for the fact that we had trouble finding the place during rush hour, it was a remarkable stay for us.

Great stay
Friendly and accommodating staff; reliable internet connection, simple yet solid breakfast (both included in rate), convenient location, comfortable clean room. Gym is a bit too basic, room curtains should be better, and insufficient onsite food options (which at most times of the day can be resolved crossing the street into the shopping center).

The stay was great EXCEPT when making a reservation on Hotels.com For an additional day at this hotel I accidentally put March 13, 2014 instead of Feb 13, 2014-this was on Feb 12th. EVEN though there was a month until the WRONG reservation I was not allowed to cancel without paying the full room fee. The staff at the hotel were very congenial but their hands were tied. Being in Chile there was no way to call hotels.com so we will call customer service as soon as we are back in the US

We booked 3 nights at this hotel in Jan.2013. Like the hotel,comfortable king bed,clean,free wifi,pc/printer avail. in lobby,free simple breakfast. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating,good Enligh :) Unfortunately, we did NOT like the city Concepcion.,2nd largest city in Chile. Does have the largest University,and is a business town. Left have 1st day.

It was strange staying in the holiday Inn express. I felt like I was back in the states. Although the location---close to the airport-- and ambiance, is perfect for business travelers I prefer something that feels like I am actually in another country. This hotel is very nice.....more modern than the holiday Inn Express in Palm Springs.....but lacks any personal charm. It is simply a business meeting place. It felt like I was in an office building with rooms to sleep in.
