Second week we got a room in the front on the first floor and comforters were badly stained, furniture was really worn, and just wasn’t very clean. I took my concerns to the front seat and was given another room in the back on the first floor. The room was cleaner but still needed attention to cleaning especially in the bathroom. “My experience and stay were great had a nice clean room with a beautiful view but when I was checking in the person at the front desk didn’t give me my ID back at check in and I didn’t realize it until I was back home in another state.
