Front staff left hotel, nobody was availablePosted Aug 24, 2015
I needed to help at 5 am to be able to leave the hotel at 6:15 am for the appointment. The lobby was locked. I called with the phone by the night window. The hotel staff said the lobby would open at 6:30 am. I asked to come out for help, but he said is not available due to some work. I asked he was not on-site. He didn't want to say clearly but said he was away from the hotel. He offer to come at 6:15 am but that was still too late for us. I felt that the staff had to be on duty on-site, but he left the hotel for something. The bath tub was bit dirty, room has some odors, but it was quite at night even on the big street. It was ok for just sleep in, but it was still more expensive than expected and I was disappointed with the staff who left from his duty.

Nice hotel to stay in.Posted Aug 21, 2015
Pros: The front office is nice and rooms are clean and comfortable.
Cons: The staff you can tell hate every moment of being there and are not too friendly.
Location: Location is kinda busy for traffic. There are plenty of places to eat around and right by the center of town so there is plenty to do.
The customer service was not the best, but that kinda comes with any type of hotel like this for the price they offer. Its nice they had free wifi but each day you would be kicked off and would have to re log in, I forgot the login info and had to go down to the office to ask again, so don't forget the info or write it down :-)The room was clean and nice to stay in and had all the things I would want in a hotel (IE: fridge, tv, shower, coffee maker and microwave.) The breakfast they offer is pretty much just cereal, bread you can toast, and sometimes breakfast claws, not a big selection but still nice for the price it is to stay here.

A place to sleep if your traveling outbox townPosted Aug 16, 2015
The front desk staff was very quite, Didn't smile or give us a very welcoming feel. When I called over the phone he did not tell me there would be a deposit fee and that they would only be taking cards. I was a little upset having to go back and forth to the bank which was not close. The room was a good size the bed was not soft very ferm and kind of hurt my back the next day carpet smelled. Everything looked fine until I went to go wash and wipe my hands and the towels they provide to find brown marks on the white towels so I put the dirty towel under the sink, I went to grab another to find another dirty towel.

Dirty, smelly room and very rude staff.Posted Jul 17, 2015
The room smelled horrible as soon as we opened the door. There was a dirty rag in the refridgerator. The wall was actually falling apart and they had a broken chair in the room. The nightstand had holes drilled in it...no idea why. It was the worst hotel I've ever stated in.

We needed a hotel close to Concord PavillionPosted Jul 9, 2015
Location: Concord Pavillion is a few miles away. Our ride there (Uber) cost $15.00. Our taxi home was $17.00. We figured we saved $ on parking.
We needed a place to stay for just one night. We had a concert to attend. I was a little nervous because this hotel was less expensive then the rest. It served the purpose just fine. Check in was easy, the exterior of the hotel was clean. Our room was clean, the bathroom was clean and had a new shower curtain. The bed and pillows were fine. The carpet was a little worn. There was nothing about the room or service that was unpleasing. If we were attending another concert in Concord, we would stay there again because it saved us a lot of money.

Nice hotel no extrasPosted Jun 26, 2015
Nice room, no extras, didn't like the fact that there was a door in the room that opened from other side, inexpensive with a small deposit.
