This was a terrible experience. We weren’t expecting much but after an all-day flight in from Michigan, we were expecting some level of comfort. The comforter had stains all over it and they didn’t have another to give us. The fire alarm went off four times during our stay, once at 12:30 am! We didn’t have hot water any time in the am so if you wanted to shower, you had to at night, which was very inconvenient. We will NEVER stay here again.

We stayed there 4 or 5 years ago and had a good experience. Since then, the motel is in need of maintenance and a makeover. We will seek other accommodations in the future.

Upon checking in I was given a parking pass. I thought that was odd but also thought it was good as I assumed there would be someone checking the parking the lot. There were a few cars near my room that did not have a parking pass. There were people just sitting in their car, looked like they were hanging out. Thr people next to my room were loud and partied until midnight, or maybe I final fell asleep and didn’t notice. Though I was woken up at midnight, twice, due to a very loud alarm going off in my room. It was an emergency alarm. It scared me so much. It finally went off. About 15 minutes later it went off again. I called the front desk and the man apologized and said they were trying to fix the malfunction. At about 5:00am the people next to me stated to party again. The things they spoke of were extremely violent and I became so terrified. Paralyzed with fear and wanting to leave but didn’t want to be seen by the ones who were smoking outside. I called the front desk and they did not answer. I called Best Western from the website. A nice woman was compassionate and contacted the hotel I was at. She said they would come check on me. I also requested a refund. She said I would have to call Expedia for a refund.Expedia got a hold of best western and they were only able to refund the next night I had booked.Not the horrible and terrifying night I had just had there. The cops and an ambulance came to take some of the ppl away. As soon as it was quiet outside my room I left

It's a nice property, very basic but we loved it. It's quite with some fast food options around. The staff at the lobby and the cleaning service were friendly and nice. Quiet, quiet , quiet was a great benefit.

The first room we got smelled heavily like weed and the shower and toilet didnt work. When i asked a new room for those reasons, the person at the front drst argued with me how I wasnt pulling hard enough on the shower. (I am a healthy 32 yr male, i can pull hard) we finally got a new room which was ok except that there was a large crack of visible light coming under the door as it wasnt sealed. The entire facility had a worn out, not taken care of feel.

Better than last year... However, the first room we were given had condom wrappers, dead spiders and other debris in the room. The bed cover was stained and the toilet was very loose. The replacement room was better, but we still found a car remote in the bed sheets? The general manager and cleaning staff should be fired. We expect better from a Best Western, especially in this area..

Assigned room that looked like had kitchen but cabinets pounded shut. Why didnt property just remove kitchen? Shower hot/cold faucets did not work. We had either scalding hot water or freezing cold water. We wasted so much water trying to adjust faucet so we could bathe.
