Really........during the 4th of July weekend.....in mid SUMMER. We should get some money back for this. And I think all hotels should report when things like this are going on. I would of booked a room somewhere else.

Pros: Everything , specially the late check out.

I felt very comfortable , the room was very clean with free wifi and HBO . I love it .

Pros: Some of the staff were wonderful
Cons: Fix the pool, change the carpet and have curtains that close.

I was swimming in the pool with my grandson when we were asked to get out, they said the "Out of Order" next to an electrical appliance was for the pool, she said it was because of the chemicals. When I was checking and explained my disappointment about the pool, the gal said it was posted online-I tripled checked and it was not. The front desk said it was due to city inspectors, inspectors or chemicals this was a disappointment. The room's carpet was stained and Warn through, the air conditioner did not work, AND the curtains don't close.

Old and dirty

Pros: Late check in process went smoothly at 1:00 am
Cons: Badly needed updates
Stained carpet, hair in bathtub, poor air circulation from old cooling element. In desperate need of updating. Breakfast buffet closed before posted time. .. Hotel staff was kind and accommodating.

The room was nice and comfortable bUT the customer service at check in was horrible. 3 people at the desk, no one made eye Conant or even stated they would be with us, just kept busy doing nothing and the 1 staff member that was finishing with a customer was telling one to assist us but still was rude. The redeeming grace was the woman who checked us out the following morning...so nice, greater us with a smile and actually had a conversation with me!

Clarion is horrible

This was the worst hotel stay possible. We checked in late and just needed to get in a room. The staff was not professional and were chatting it up while checking us in, which is why we had to wait so long to get a room. We were given the wrong directions to our room and when I came back down no apologies were given. The room was outside the hotel and reeked of smoke. It was very noisy as there was some sort of generator right below. By 5am some construction or whatever was going on and men were yelling at each other. I could hear machinery turning on like industrial machinery. We tried to sleep through the noise but by 7:30 aaid started pounding on the door. I abruptly opened the door in anger and she just said oh, are you checking out. I said we just fell asleep and you just woke us up. Again we tried to sleep and by 9am another made knocks on the door for the same thing. This was a terrible stay. I should be the one paid for this stay.
