Quite nice

Everything was great. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk service was good. The breakfast buffet which was included was much better than most hotels offer. The pool looked great but I didn't have time to enjoy it. I would definitely stay again

Room was not ready when we got there at 3pm. Checked in about an hour later. The bathroom had dirty towels hanging on the back of the door, there was no champion and the coffee and cups were all gone. It was as if they had half cleaned it and left.

Close to freeway but dirty

Pros: Not a lot.
Cons: clean the stains off the carpet in the rooms. Recover seats in your bistro and modernize it a bit. Don't allow people to smoke out in the breezeways
Lots of people hanging out smoking outside of my room, smoke drawn into A/C. My room smelled like a smoking room even though non-smoking. Surfaces in the room were clean however, the carpet was badly stained. Food in the Bistro was better than expected; seats in bistro had vinyl peeling off them.

A little sleazy but ok for one night.

The bed was great. The service was poor. Called to ask for the Tv to be fixed and an extra blanket brought to room and needed to ask 3 more times before anybody showed up. The halls reeked from marijuana smoke but I preferred hanging out at the bar.

Good with one exception.

Good location and pleasant staff. The only downside is that the hotel failed to empty the garbage in our room after the previous guest. She. We informed the front desk at checkout and they were indifferent. Otherwise good but with this one downside.
