The WiFi did not work in the bedroom of room 416. It worked in the sitting area, but that was it. When I told the front desk clerk about it, she said they had recently switched networks and they aware of the problem.

The people above us were very noisy after midnight, up to 3am, called front desk and they were able to get them quiet for 10 minutes.

The rooms were very spacious, check in and check out was easy. Everyone was nice. They have an indoor pool and hot tub.

The breakfast was great. The lady working checkin was super friendly. Only complaint is that the couch cushions in our suite were extremely thin making the couch not very comfortable to sit on.

I truly enjoyed the location of the property. I also love to set up the property with the swimming pool that was in use. The exercise room was great and the staff was very personable and wonderful. I was able to find my way around pretty easily, there were so many wonderful attractions in that area that we stayed busy.

THE WAS A USED DIRTY WASHCLOTH IN MY SHOWER! My husband and I pulled the curtain open and there was a crusty dry washcloth draped over the curtain rod. COMPLETELY disgusting. We got a room with 2 queen beds and one set of sheets was stained. The toilet paper wasn’t neatly on the roll so that was off putting, and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Definitely seemed like it wasn’t clean and will not be going back.
