A very beautiful hotel and exceptional front desk hotel staff. The bartender was awesome too. The evening reception was a little on the skimpy side. I've had way better at other Embassy Suites...why is that? Also, the kitchen help we're very slow in refilling. Salsa n chips n a few veggies ??

The restaurant was not a good experience, the food was cold, their were no options for potatoes ,the rolls were hard and cold

Stayed in 2 different rooms during our visit. Both had plumbing issues. First room advertised as 2 bedroom suite with 3 beds but only 2 beds. One USB port to charge devices and they didn't work properly - this is 2018, please add some USB ports. Rooms were clean. Buffet breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly.

Had to pay for internet service. That should not happen in todays time. Other than that it was a great stay.

Not very pleased with staff.

The only problem is, check out was at 11 so I don't know why the hotel staff tried to enter at 9:45 after my do not disturb sign was on my door .

Hotel, pool and staff were great!! only problem was the watery coffee at breakfast.
