Exactly what we needed
Perfect location, excellent facility. Clean, very quiet, great breakfast. Best shower we've ever had in a hotel. Directly across the road from a beautiful greenway walking trail and the Weddington Road Bark Park, which made our weary traveler yellow lab very happy! Only issue was there's no vent in the bathroom, so the fire alarm went off every time we showered, even with the bedroom ceiling fan on. Fortunately, no sprinklers came on!

Enjoyed our stay. Came down from Tennessee for 2 nights. Everything was clean and quiet. Smooth check-in on Christmas Eve, and great value. Would stay again.

Terrible stay
Booked a 2 room suite 9 months in advance. After 14 hours of driving, arrive to find out they gave my room away. “Maintenance” aka I booked through hotels.com.Had to go to Walmart and get an air mattress for the third person to sleep on in a normal double room. Dirty towel left under sink from previous people. Rusty tub.

This hotel was fantastic. We would definitely stay there again. Their beds were comfy, the hotel smelled nice, and the complementary breakfast was on point. Very yummy, and a nice selection. 5 stars!

Have stayed her a couple times over the last several years for the nascar race. We had 2 separate reservations - 1 for 1 night and then 1 for 4 nights. When checked in for the first reservation, I had booked a handicapped accessible room. They didn’t have that room available so we were put in a 2 queen bed room. Then for the 2nd reservation had requested a handicapped room. When went to the desk to have the keys redone for the 2nd stay they said we could move into the handicapped room. I said no we will stay in the room we are all ready settled in. Just don’t understand why when you book a room and get there has to be put in another type of room. If we had a wheelchair we would have been screwed. Other than that the stay was good. Workers are friendly. Motel is clean. Breakfast is good. Nice they have a reception 3 nights a week. Close to some good restaurants and to the racetrack.

Booked a king handicapped accessible room. Got to the motel and was told we got a 2 bed queen room. Have stayed at this motel for years for the nascar race. Not sure how when it is booked it is given away….. but I guess it is what it is. Motel is always clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. Will continue to stay here but will next time speak to someone if my room preference gets changed.

Overall Hampton was clean, the only complaint would be the elevator was not as clean. But, I am sure with customers in and out it would get dirty. The customer service was amazing and they were welcoming. The breakfast was hot and with fresh fruit.

The property was clean. My issue was I booked a suite room and upon arrival I was given a double bed room. I had to stay in a room that I did not purchase for 3 nights. The room did not have a working refrigerator so I had to go out and buy a cooler. The tv also had issues as well.

Modern Hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff. Close to shopping and dining. Close to I-85 and Pagett Airport. Perfect choice if you do not need to be close to Downtown Concord.

Great Stay
Check in was fast. The lady working was very friendly. The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were above average but could be better. I really liked how they not only served breakfast but they served food between 5-7pm and also provided drinks. It was a great touch. We also enjoyed a little dip in the pool. You could tell it's not the newest building but they've kept it to standard. I would and will stay here again. The room smelled amazing too!
