Excellent close access while visiting family. Comfy beds, nice tv’s, and the breakfast included was clean area and good. Note: Park in visible areas though and advisable do not leave anything inside visible from windows, ie jackets, bags, suitcases, or window breakage and theft may happen. But that is true all over the bay area these days.

Place was clean. Rooms as well. Staff was very helpful. Except the evening help desk. Breakfast was great. Not sure if coffee was available 24/7. But the hazelnut creamer was spoiled, should've been on ice. Wouldn't mind staying here again

The customer service was excellent! Owen looks out for guest safety and the front desk staff were very accommodating. If you're looking for a clean hotel with nice-sized rooms, comfortable bed, and a full hot breakfast, this is the place to go. I've stayed here many times and won't hesitate to do so again.

It’s clean and more upgraded than the Holiday Inn Express at Berkeley on University Ave. My only issue the bathroom does not have a ceiling exhaust fan so taking a shower was terrible because everything in the bathroom including the counter tops and towels got very moist, practically dripping wet. They need to install exhaust fans in their bathrooms.

Great stay
The stay was excellent! Very clean, comfortable bed, great linens and good breakfast. I would stay there more but I travel with my little dog usually. Sadly they dont allow pets.
