Nice hotel close to family

Pros: The staff is great.
Cons: nothing
Location: the location was near shops, hospital and most importantly family and friends.
This was a very pleasant stay. Checking in and out was a breeze. The staff was very attentive.

Pros: There was a pool
Cons: Front desk could learn to listen, be totally non-smoking, and put up signs reflecting changes, even temporary ones.
Thee was construction going on and the lobby was moved and no signs showing where to go to register. When I suggested that signs be put up I was disregarded. The road to get to the hotel was poorly marked also.

This place was very newly renovated and very nice!

Pros: The new renovations and the pool
Cons: The pool closed at 8, maybe leaving it open until 9.
Location: It's 15 mins from Concord Mills outlet mall and there's a mini mall right there.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and it was nice and quiet at night. It is very well lit on the outside and the pool is very clean. The rooms are super clean and updated.

it actually wasn't​ that bad, The front answered all questions, they were very polite, was surprised of how the room looked compared to how it looked before the remodel (nice)..Location was great.

Bad Place.. Run away!!

I had to change rooms 3 times. 2 of the "NON-smoking" rooms smelled of heavy smoke. Management came down to room to validate my claims and he said he was surprised nobody else reported. I had my family, it was late and we kept moving until finally we got a clean and odor-free room. I checked out earlier than planned because of the rooms being unclean, I was told refund will be in my account in 3-5 business days. That didn't happen, I called business they had me on hold for 25 minutes, I hung up called back and he placed me on hold again stating he could not see me in their system. He took my number down and said that he would call back. I have not heard from him.

The stay was fine after we got our room. We had to wait until 3pm for our room to be ready. The breakfast was also disappointing, brown bananas, no tea, and no other fruit.

Okay for a one night trip.

Was told unexpectedly when checking in that cash (even though they have my card from this site) required that I give $100 deposit up front on top of the room fee (which was returned upon check out and them inspecting the room for stolen or damaged items). Still charged the same when I changed to a card. Not the easiest to get to the room with only using stairs when you've got a suitcase filled for 3 people and a pack n play for a young child, but the room was in pretty good condition. It was obviously well maintained and the furniture was comfortable. However, the fitted sheet didn't fit the bed and came off as soon as we got into bed! I had to use a spare pillow to keep it from warding under us while we slept. And the sheets and comforter were put on upside down (the tags were rubbing on my shoulder all night long). While the hotel was obviously well maintained and room fees are good (paid around $67 for the one night), the unexpected deposit fee (which no other hotel I have ever stayed in asked for this!) and ill fitting sheets make me think twice about booking with them again in the future.

Nice hotel

Hotel was clean and newly renovated. Felt like a safe area. Didn't eat the breakfast but it was standard toast, oatmeal and cereal.
