Actually there was renovation going on in three to four rooms on the building you stayed, so might heard that noise as a rat chewing. Shower was checked and was absolutely working, may be you were doing something different. You called in the morning and brought that to our attention, but as soon as I could reply, you disconnected the phone saying you will never come back here. Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced, but just hoped that you gave us chance to come and help you with the shower.
