Clean, comfortable for business or pleasure. The staff was very pleasant. Would strongly recommend to anyone.

This Best Western Plus is clean and quiet. The colors of the decor throughout the hotel are drab and boring. Just something that my wife and I noticed.

Bathroom is designed with 6'people in mind. Room has very thin walls. Hotel staff not helpful when asked to help with excessive noise.

I'm so sorry for your disappointment. Regarding the bathroom, I think perhaps you are referring to our taller sinks when you say the bathroom was designed with 6' people in mind. Awesome it's close to many restaurants....breakfast is amazing as is the staff. There's even a tavern right behind the hotel with great food and drink...no need to leave!

The hotel itself was clean, rooms were excellent, breakfast was delicious. The staff left much to be desired. Very impersonal, seemed irritated when I had to ask a question. I thought it was just the staff when we were checking in, but different people the next morning and it seemed to be the same. A little customer service would go a long way.
