Great stay!Posted Nov 6, 2015
Pros: As stated above. I can't begin to tell you how consistently great the staff is, went out of their way to help me. Very pleasant.
Cons: As stated above. A microwave. A refrigerator. Please. If you do this, I'll book again with you next year.
Location: Nice location, love the autumn colors outside.
The staff was wonderful, the hotel was beautiful, nice breakfasts, but I just wish that there were in room microwaves and refrigerators. That last point is going to be a deal breaker when I book this city next year for professional reasons.

Expensive and not up to Hilton StandardsPosted Nov 3, 2015
Pros: Location was our key criterion. This hotel met that condition.
Cons: Desk services and quality of breakfast and room amenities more in line with the fees charged.
Location: Not a pleasure trip. No information to add.
Reserved this hotel for a memorial service in nearby Concordville.for my sister's husband Reserved my sister's room at $154 ten days before arrival. My room was reserved two days later, eight days before arrival, and the cost had increased to $200 per night. Desk agent was juggling phone, arrivals, and housekeeping services when we arrived. A second desk agent came to help out after a few minutes. The hotel features and condition were similar to a typical Hampton Inn where I've stayed many times, at a per night rate far below $200. We were able to cancel the second two nights of our reservation after we found another hotel at a more reasonable cost.

Great Hotel for the PricePosted Oct 23, 2015
Pros: The location, the clean, spacious rooms. The hotel was very quiet 24 hours a day. I never heard other people coming or going, but the hotel was full
Cons: It was perfect.
Location: Close to shopping, and major access roads.
Hotel staff was pleasant. Hotel was very modern and clean. Very spacious room and bathroom. Room changed and cleaned early. Breakfast was very well stocked with many options of fruit, waffles, hot food and continental. Had everything you could want and more.

Clean roomPosted Aug 6, 2015 on Hotels
Nice room and service, beds not as comfy as other Hampton Inns I've stayed in. Okay breakfast bar but bagels very stale. View of roof with large laundry exhaust vents to be expected when booking through hotels.com

Birthday Getaway-Chadds Ford (Glen Mills)Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: As described above in experience, the reliable and comfortable ease of the reception, the room and the facilities.
Cons: Key card machine did not swipe cleanly the first time and had to be re-swiped to let us in our room. A small matter;did not concern us. It happens.
Location: Oh my...Chadds Ford off the bustling highways, gorgeous territory.Lots of rolling hills, greenery, and rustic surroundings. On the exitways, not so much!
We visited Chadds Ford years ago when it was an artist's colony; today, it was bumper to bumper traffic to get in to the hotel due to construction on the roadway. Times change, I suppose. We were welcomed warmly at the reception desk and were encouraged to have a cuppa, a cup of coffee, after our trek across the state. We had our GPS so we knew approximately where we were headed but the local stores were not familiar to us and we wanted to try a new interesting meal. Reception took our concerns to heart and recommended a great restaurant not far from the hotel and reasonably priced. Our itinerary included a visit to Chester for the DCI Tour of Champions blowout at the Philadelphia Union Rugby Stadium, which although the neighborhood looked a bit sketchy to arrive through, we arrived safely and had a wonderful experience. On our way home we saw a Marshalls storefront at the Concordville Village Mall and at reception we were told it was a terrific large-sized store for my shopping hankering. The room was as expected. That is what we expect. A comfortable, clean, reliably maintained room with no failings, which this hotel provided. In the morning of my birthdate, the breakfast staff encouraged me to make a special waffle with their condiments,(oh, so very yummy!) and they surprised me with a courtesy card with a personal message from the staff, wishing me a "Happy Birthday" and it had a Toblerone candies bar attached to the card. What a sweet gesture.A delightful stay!
