“The stone steps and wooden staircase to the front door are quite uneven, slanted and in poor repair. The driveway is uneven as well. We were 4 Seniors and found it quite difficult to enter/exit the building, particularly, with our luggage. The beds were comfortable. The overall property is tired and warn. The kitchen is fairly well equipped but could benefit from additional cutlery. We visit Sudbury regularly but will not rent this place again unless it goes through an upgrade.”

“The outside of the property could have done with some weeding/tidying up but the inside was very clean. The only issue we had was that the beds creaked anytime you rolled over, but the view of the lake from the rooms was amazing. The washer & dryer was great to have when we went for an impromptu swim in our clothes. We only stayed one night but we really enjoyed the place.”
