“The room was the best we had on our trip. It had shampoo, conditioner, soap in both the sink area and the shower. There was cold water and milk in the refrigerator and coffee/ tea. There was also a heated towel rack and great big towels. They also provided a shower cap. It was large enough that you could both move around the room. Highly recommend”

“No lift or mini fridge. It would be difficult for someone in poor physical condition to make it up the spiral staircase to the rooms. They were fine for us - even after a couple whiskeys! The room was very cute and clean. It was obvious upgrades had been made to the plumbing. Not perfect but very nice and we really enjoyed the restaurant/bar downstairs. Great entertainment and knowledge of whiskey. The only bar we went into that had Scottish music!”

“Great B&B . Everything we needed for an overnight stay in Oban before heading to the ferry to Mull .Very convenient and good fitness waking up the hill to the property . Taxi if not inclined to walk up hills . Really nice touch to have the breakfast cereals , juice and yogurt . Thank you .”

“An absolute gem of a property - from rooms, bar, dining room and staff. Wonderful breakfasts prepared each morning. Do yourself a favour and book yourself a dinner there as well. Chef is very talented! The views of boats in the bay and the shoreline of Oban are spectacular from this property. Highly recommend.”

“Ideal location. Parking on the street outside - free after 6:00pm. Lisa was great help with check in and drinks. Nice breakfast.”

“The room is spotlessly clean and check in was easy. This is so efficient! Guests should understand there is no outdoor space and you access the building electronically. There are no windows (which was a blessing because it is dark and quiet for a good night's sleep). It is steps from the train, bus and ferry terminals as well as close to the best seafood in Scotland. Hang out at an outdoor table at a nearby pub, enjoy the people watching, and go have a good night's rest before your next day's……
