My toilet ran over twice all over. I had to clean it up the nasty water no assistance with that. The toilet was previous showing that it wouldn't flush I made their recognizable but no one paid attention so there you have it it overflows on my first use of the bathroom..Also Had to go to the death to get the batteries to the remote control changed twice. My ATM card got stuck twice in the machine.

The rooms were clean but I asked for a Smoke-Free room. I smelled smoke immediately entering the room and cigarette burns on the top blanket. Bathroom was really small and awkwardly arranged with the bathroom door. House keeping was rude trying to make me leave even when I paid for a late checkout.

The rooms have a bad smell and the hallways smell too much like cigarettes. There are also cockroaches in the rooms. The hot water is not really hot. I would not go to this hotel again.

I wouldn't know how good it was but I wasn't given the opportunity to read reviews as it was chosen for me. I could not find the hotel, as the only transportation available from IAH was the city bus that google maps dropped me in the dark in an unfamiliar area after business hours for most businesses. I wanted a refund because the hotel I did book that had a hotel shuttle took my reservation and payment through your app and when I called about the shuttle was told I would have to get a refund on a "no refund, same day" policy, because they were overbooked due to the IAH fiasco.

Terrible experience
I was given a different room than the one I originally booked and the hotel did not look anything like the pictures. I was given a room connecting to another room where people had access to my room and I didn’t request that room.It had a sour smell throughout the whole hotel and was uncleaned in the room and also in the hallways. It was also very unsafe and anyone and everyone had access to the hotel even if they weren’t staying there.

The rooms are nice- bed was terrible. The front desk guy was rude and not very inviting. There is a $50 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere until you get on site. They also have posted that you can not have visitors or you will be removed without a refund which sucks because we were visiting my son who is in college and he has his own apartment down the street with roommates so we couldn’t exactly spend any time with him there. Also found a baby roach roaming around in the shower tub

Peculiar smelling hotel with half pool open
Well the whole reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. We called and asked if the pool was open and the receptionist said YES but when we checked in, the indoor section was closed! Would of been nice if she would have let us known that since that’s what we we’re calling for. She also had some attitude/tone in her voice when I was checking in but I just ignored it. Also the halls and room had a certain smell/bad odor. Another that checked in behind us got a room close to us and decided to leave because of the smell, he said it was too much. I just turned the a/c on max and ignored it as well. People at the pool were talking about the smell as well. This trip was for my pregnant wife’s birthday, 2 kids with us too. So we just enjoyed what we could. Also one of the plugs were broken (shock hazard). Water in pool was real clean though and didn’t have an overwhelming smell of chlorine/chemicals.
Inside half of pool was closed, called before coming and booking to ask if pool was open they said YES, didn’t mention that though.

FRONT DESK PEOPLE ARE RUDE AS HELL! LOST KEY CARD, WAS GIVEN ONE ONLY AT CHECK IN, HAD PAY $5 FOR A NEW KEY. NO TOILET PAPER IN ROOM. PARTY WAS GOING ON AT 11PM MUSIC LOUD.
