Comfortable, clean hotel with a good breakfast

Posted Dec 13, 2016
Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast, clean rooms
Cons: Elliptical trainer machine, Internet capacity
Location: Convenient to I-45 and Conroe, Texas
It was a clean, comfortable place to stay. The Internet connection worked well part of the time, and at other times was not so good, apparently affected by the load. It was nice to have an exercise room, although their elliptical trainer machine needs to be replaced.

Terrible experience. Didn't sleep a wink.

Posted Nov 15, 2016
Location: Only went to court then left town.
So we drove 8 hours getting in at 8:00 pm. We had court the next morning at 9:00 am. our only expectations were a good nights sleep. Instead we didn't sleep at all. Check in was friendly enough but when we got to the room it stunk of mildew. Fine we just turned up the air and got ready for bed. Within 10 minutes of being in bed the fitted sheet came off all four corners. We got up and put it back on pulling it as ugly as we could. No matters what it fell of the first time either of us moved at all. So we went half the night in fear of waking up on a nasty hotel mattress with no sheet. About 1:00 am I got up and called the front desk stating that it is top priority for a hotel to have sheets that fit and that we have been unable to sleep at all. His reply... "sorry the maid must have put on the wrong size sheets." I said can we get a new set? Reply... "I don't have anyone here to do that right now." Can we get a new room? Reply... "we don't have any available." Can I get a refund? Reply... You will have to speak to the manager in the morning. He offered no solutions. The only real job of a hotel is to provide patrons a comfortable nights sleep. On this task they failed miserably. I will never stay in a Baymont inn Again. Pony up and buy sheets that fit your beds or close the hotel.

Overnight Stop

Posted Nov 6, 2016
Pros: Everything
Location: We visited the RWA offices the next day. The hotel was easy on easy off access.
We stopped in Houston on our way to Galveston for the night. The room was very comfortable and the staff excellent. Our bed was very comfy and didn't feel like we were sleeping on a board. I'd stay here again for sure.

Ok hotel

Room was not as nice as the picture. Needs furniture update. Toilet was broken, wouldn't flush half the time. We did get a room where you could smoke because my boyfriend smokes, wrong choice. For the price it wasn't bad but the next time, I'm getting a smoke free room and making sure the toilet works!

Very nice Hotel, convenient location, country feel

Posted Aug 28, 2016
Pros: Everything!!
Cons: When I go on vacation, I love to sleep in. So having breakfast before 9am is to early, I can understand the reasons for shutting down by 9am.
Location: Even though breakfast is severed at the Hotel, it was quite convenient to have a Ihop next door, and a grocery store around the corner, I-45 service r
When I arrived I was welcomed with open arms. My stay was very comfortable. Site is close to shopping but yet had a very country like feel, or maybe a home like feeling. Staff was out standing!! I will return to The Baymont!!

Nightmare

Posted Aug 9, 2016
We checked in. Went up to the room and found mold in the bathroom with a broken towel rack. Front desk clerk who was rude allowed me to look at another room. It had a very strong mold mildew odor. We need I say it, left the hotel.
