Our stay, while brief, was very nice. Initially, we did have a small problem with our room keys not working, but Shelby was extremely helpful and pleasant while addressing our issue. She re-keyed the room cards and when that didn't work, upgraded us to a bigger room at no additional charge and even went with us to our room to ensure the keys were working. That type of customer service will keep us coming back again.

Listen this is well kept, clean, pet friendly, and awesome polite staff. Terrible to find even with a GPS. If you miss the turn which is actually in the hospital area you have to go way out of your way to get back and you may still miss it. There are no signs at the thruway to designate the hotel is there. The pet walk is very limited and small. For the price the plain waffle breakfast is lacking. Did not even have butter to put on them! They need a better breakfast inclusive area. Cheaper chains do much better. Hot Tub area.

We came to the area for some doctor appointments. The hotel was convenient in its location. The room has a kitchenette, so we weren't expecting any food provided, but there was free chicken Alfredo (basic, nothing else), as well as wine and beer; with a late arrival it was an unexpected convenience. On a negative side, we had requested a king room and were confirmed online, but the hotel said it didn't get the request and that 3rd party bookings (as thru Hotels.com) may not get their requests. Our reservation was made over a month ahead of time so a king room could surely have been reserved. It was like a punishment for not booking directly with the hotel.
