Pros: The only thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the location.
Cons: The smell in the hallways and the bedroom should be addressed. They should also offer complimentary breakfast, considering the rate.
I chose this hotel because it was very close to where I would be working over the next few days. I felt it was overpriced because there was a musty smell in the hallways and the bedroom. The AC unit was noisy and the room was extremely humid. The next morning, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary breakfast--only overpriced options.

We consistently go through our guest rooms and hotel public areas to stay on top of cleanliness and maintenance issues, so we sincerely apologize for the musty smell and air conditioner problems. I am also sorry that we do not have a complimentary breakfast, as Courtyard as a brand does not offer it. Wonderful Front Desk Staff

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Nothing, they are doing a top star job!
Location: The location was awesome. The mall is right down the road, as well as Market Street. The hotel made it easy to get anywhere in the woodlands area.
The front desk staff was wonderful. They took care of us and made sure our visit was great. I had forgotten a personal item at home and they were able to locate something to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and the maids took care to give us plenty of towels. The location was great because it was centrally located to all our events and venues. We will certainly stay again!!

A great place for families

The hotel concierge was amazing. She upgraded our room and it was wonderful. We also recieved water and snacks. The kids loved the indoor Poland my husband and I enjoyed the bar and outdoor patio. The bed was very comfortable and he room was in great condition. It was very clean. The only thing we did not like was the breakfast in the morning. In all it was a terrific experience.
