Great location!

Great location close to mall, great restaurants. 2nd time to stay at this location. Our ac was not working they came to fix amazing service and staff.

Won't be staying here ever again.

Pros: not a lot....won't stay there again next time I have a concert nearby to attend.
Cons: They could have a complimentary shuttle to the CWM Pavillion since MANY of the guests including us were going to that venue.
Lady checking us in rushed us thru and we couldn't even get a word in. She was rude to her coworkers in our presence. Room was cool but NOT comfortable for sleeping conditions and AC made a 'clicking noise' all thru the night disrupting our sleep.

Find a better option nearby

Pros: The only thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the location.
Cons: The smell in the hallways and the bedroom should be addressed. They should also offer complimentary breakfast, considering the rate.
I chose this hotel because it was very close to where I would be working over the next few days. I felt it was overpriced because there was a musty smell in the hallways and the bedroom. The AC unit was noisy and the room was extremely humid. The next morning, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary breakfast--only overpriced options.

Wonderful Front Desk Staff

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Nothing, they are doing a top star job!
Location: The location was awesome. The mall is right down the road, as well as Market Street. The hotel made it easy to get anywhere in the woodlands area.
The front desk staff was wonderful. They took care of us and made sure our visit was great. I had forgotten a personal item at home and they were able to locate something to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and the maids took care to give us plenty of towels. The location was great because it was centrally located to all our events and venues. We will certainly stay again!!

Nice stay in Houston Woodlands

Pros: Location.
Cons: It is fine. i have no complaints that come to mind.
Location: As mentioned above, the hotel is very close to the concert venue, mall and market place.
Check in was a breeze, hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and the rooms were as expected. This is a nice hotel to stay in if you are attending a concert at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. It is a mile and a half away and about the same distance from the Woodlands Mall and the Woodlands Market Place. I have no complaints what so ever.

Very clean and bath linens are among the most comfortable I've ever had from a hotel. Will definitely be back.

Very friendly staff

The staff at this hotel are friendly and ready to help. The room was a bit smelly and light pooled in from under the curtains in the morning. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.
