Won't be staying here ever again.

Pros: not a lot....won't stay there again next time I have a concert nearby to attend.
Cons: They could have a complimentary shuttle to the CWM Pavillion since MANY of the guests including us were going to that venue.
Lady checking us in rushed us thru and we couldn't even get a word in. She was rude to her coworkers in our presence. Room was cool but NOT comfortable for sleeping conditions and AC made a 'clicking noise' all thru the night disrupting our sleep.

Pros: The only thing I particularly liked about the hotel was the location.
Cons: The smell in the hallways and the bedroom should be addressed. They should also offer complimentary breakfast, considering the rate.
I chose this hotel because it was very close to where I would be working over the next few days. I felt it was overpriced because there was a musty smell in the hallways and the bedroom. The AC unit was noisy and the room was extremely humid. The next morning, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary breakfast--only overpriced options.

Great stay

Our stay was great for a one night getaway. Staff was very nice and everything was very clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Front Desk Staff

Pros: The location and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Nothing, they are doing a top star job!
Location: The location was awesome. The mall is right down the road, as well as Market Street. The hotel made it easy to get anywhere in the woodlands area.
The front desk staff was wonderful. They took care of us and made sure our visit was great. I had forgotten a personal item at home and they were able to locate something to help me. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean and the maids took care to give us plenty of towels. The location was great because it was centrally located to all our events and venues. We will certainly stay again!!

Hot in Houston, but great customer service

We actually live in town, but were attending a concert that night close by. When we checked in, we went down to the indoor pool. Since it was only April, this was a nice amenity to have. Unfortunately, there were about 7 or 8 screaming teenage girls there, so we ended up going back to our room. The room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. We left not long after for dinner and the concert, all of which was in walking distance which was super nice so we wouldn't have to fight traffic. However, when we returned, our A/C unit wasn't working properly. It was blowing hot, humid air. We went to the front desk to see if another room was available, unfortunately though, due to the concert and a wedding in the area, the hotel was completely booked. We ended up just checking out and driving home. The young lady at the front desk was very apologetic and sweet, which went a long way. About a week later, I contacted the hotel to see about obtaining a full or partial refund. The manager, who was very polite, advised that we would need to obtain the refund through hotels.com, since they had not yet received payment from them. In the end, I was able to get this resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely give this hotel another try. A/C units break sometimes, especially here in TX. Hopefully next time we'll have better luck :)
