Hot tub doesn't work, bathroom in lobby don't work

Decided to stay at this hotel about 30 minutes away from some training grounds, was one of the closest hotels with s hot tub near there. Once I finished a day of training, I get to the hotel only to find that the hot tub wasn't working. I went and told the front desk, and they offered their apology, said they were aware of the issue, and that they would need to call a pool guy in to fix it, which they would not do. Disappointing, but not a disaster. So the next day, I leave for the day and my husband stays in to sleep a bit. We left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door, until about 10am when he left to go shopping, when he took it off the door thinking someone would come by at some point and clean the room. He got back around 5, and sure enough, the room wasn't cleaned. We had to ask for cleaning ourselves. The next day, the room was cleaned, but they didn't leave us any shampoo. When we went downstairs to ask for some, the front desk checked in a small drawer behind him, told us he was out, and had us go next door to their sister hotel to get our own. When we got back from that, I needed to use the restroom and sure enough it was out of order as well. None of these things by themselves are a deal breaker, but all of them together made for a bad experience and made me feel a little ripped off for the price I paid for the hotel. We'll be looking elsewhere next time we visit the woodlands.

Ok hotel

Pros: Indoor pool, but was small
Cons: Breakfast for everyone. For the price you pay, you would think breakfast would be included. Had I known, we would have stayed elsewhere.
I've stayed at many other different hotels that were much nicer. This hotel is a bit out-dated. For it to have been a Marriott, I was expecting much more.

I do apologize that you were unaware that Courtyard by Marriott does not have complimentary breakfast as an amenity. We do however, have a Bistro in our lobby which not only serves breakfast, but dinner and appetizers as well. All great for room smell

Everything was wonderful but the room smelled very musty. The front desk help was wonderful and very customer service oriented..

Nice hotel close to Woodlands activities

Pros: Indoor pool
Cons: Shuttle service to mall
Location: Close to everything Woodlands
Nice hotel for weekend getaway to Woodlands. Although short distance, not really easy to walk to activities. Short drive though.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS I HAVE STAYED IN

COULD OF USED A BOX OF FACIAL TISSUE. A/C WAS VERY NOISY WHEN IT CAME ON, CYCLED ALL NIGHT WOULD PREFER CONSTANT FAN NOISE TO MASK HALLWAY NOISES.
