Clean, comfy & close to everything

Speedy check in. In door pool but the lobby didn't smell like it. Great bfast. Clean & coZy room. Appeared to be an older hotel that was remodeled. Great water pressure. Walking distance to several restaurants & Walmart too. Easy on/off the interstate so easy to get anywhere.

Terrible staff. Not one person at the front desk said Hello to me at anytime during our 2 day stay there. However, the housekeepers always smile and said HI!

Very nice location. Breakfast was not all that great. Need to add some biscuits and gravy.

Cons: Get more firm beds and pillows.
Great check in experience. Good breakfast. Was recommended to us that we take valuables from car to room nightly as a precaution. Nothing happened to anyone during the two night stay.

Decent hotel but room was a bit musty.

Pros: Plenty of parking. Easy highway access.
Cons: Get rid of any musty smell in the rooms but don't just whack the room with Febreeze as a strong smell of Febreeze can even be worse.
This hotel is very close to Interstate 45 so you'll definitely hear the traffic. The good thing is that the AC units can operate in constant fan mode to drown out the highway noise. Speaking of AC, the unit in my room was nice and quiet, a steady roar and no obnoxious rattles. Room was musty which set off my allergies. The room was a bit tired but clean. When you check in you'll be a bit overwhelmed by the chlorine smell from their indoor pool. Luckily the smell stays mostly in the lobby area.

Cons: none
Location: Vist family and shop and go to concerts
Love staying here when I come see my grand baby! Love staying here close to I-45 and everything in The Woodlands

Aweful service

Rented this hotel for my mother in law and children to stay at during my wife and I anniversy. First they wouldn't let her check in. Had to drive 30 miles to check them in. Second they now have 180$ extra charged to my card for insadentals? What the h*ll is an insadental? When I called about it they transfered me to 3 diffrent people and all I got was every hotel does it and we don't know what to tell you!!! Really!!!! Thank god I rented it on my credit card cause they won't be getting g my money.

Dear Guest, I apologize if you were not informed about incidentals at check in. The hotel policy is to put a hold of $20 each night of your stay for any incidentals Exp. food from the market, drycleaning, or damage to a room. Also, the third party you booked through also makes you aware that an incidental credit card will be asked upon check in. Hopefully, i have answered your questions. Thank you again.

Awesome hotel!

Convenient location, clean room. Staff was nice and facility was beautiful. There was a huge event in conference room. We never heard a thing! Wonderful breakfast! We were extremely pleased.

The room size I needed for clients was not available on the first floor as requested. They wanted me on the second floor but I had two rolling racks and a grid making the elevator too difficult. I asked if I could set up in the breakfast room and was allowed to do that. A nice accommodation.
