The front desk attendants were very friendly and the free breakfast was nice with lots of options. That should be noted. That said, the rest of the hotel was extremely disappointing. We picked this place because the room description stated that all rooms had a sofa bed, and also it had an indoor pool. The room did not have a sofa bed and the front desk could only offer an additional mattress to place on the ground (leaving no room to get to and from the restroom). Secondly, the chlorine/chemical smell in the pool area made our eyes and throats burn just walking into the area. We swim in indoor pools often when traveling and I do expect some smell, but this was ridiculous. We left within minutes of walking in. My kids were disappointed we were unable to swim. Lastly, the fitted sheets did not fit properly on the bed mattresses. During the night, the sheet shifted leaving the corners of the mattress exposed. This hotel needs management to pay closer attention to details that impact customer experience.
