Not Ready Yet for Visitors??

My first room was dirty the maid had not shown up. Then I had to walk all the way down to office then I was given another key. I had to go move my car again and carry all of my stuff. It was a big pain because the office staff did not know that a cleaning person did not show up.

Cons: Bed was too firm. A memory foam topper would help.
Location: Good location. Clean part of town.

More like a Hotel 6, but Worse!

I would never stay there again. I do not know how they can be associated in anyway with Hilton. The rooms were horrible and very out dated. I took several photos with many close-ups. Our room was never cleaned and could not get a satisfactory answers why it wasn't. We were able to get towels from the front desk after we were forced to walk down there to pick them up late at night. The TV remote never worked correctly and management said there was nothing they could do about it until the next day. The door lock worked intermittently. The online photos are misleading.

Disappointing Hotel

Old outside access I was not aware of. Put me in a handicap room and am not handicapped lumpy comforter must have looked at the advertising wrong as was not at all what I am used to staying in with the Hampton name
