Great place to stay.

Pros: All
Location: Convenient to restaurants and shopping.
We were very pleased with the room, personnel and everything else we experienced. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was very good and we were very surprised that they have a different breakfast every morning.

The hotel advertised a bar/lounge which did not exist. I regard this as fraud. I also would describe the hotel as being "on the cheap." Any food or drink consumed on the premises was on paper or plastic -not inline with the hotel rates. And as already advertised, the food was bad.

When we first arrived and were checking in the two people at the front desk tried to tell us that the room hadn't been paid for and we would have to pay for it. We had paid through Hotels.com, I had the printed receipt and everything that I had been sent. They told me that I would have to contact Hotels.com, while I was waiting for a customer service rep they suddenly "found" the payment. It was a very unpleasant feeling, like they were trying to get money from us. The room was not as advertised. I booked a room with 2 queen beds and it was supposed to have a separate seating area. We arrived and it had the beds but no seating area. I contacted the front desk and was told they didn't have that layout in any rooms in the hotel. The hotel was clean and other than this we didn't have any need for their services but I'm not sure that we would ever stay there again after the initial impression.
