Pretty hotel but terrible service!!

Cons: The service was terrible!!
The valet service was awful. They totally ignored you when you came to retrieve your vehicle. The room service was late for breakfast that we had requested the night before. The hotel bar and grill was overloaded and short staffed. Food was cold.

Very noisy room. Children running up and down hallways late at night screaming There was a domestic violence situation in the room adjoining mine that lasted several hours. I did report this to the front desk.

Will never stay at this hotel again. The first time I ever experienced a horrible hotel stay. Now I know what its like. This hotel needs updating. It doesn't even have USB ports in the room. Staff in bar area rude. Check in was not good. Had to wait past 4pm to get in room. Left and was told our stuff would be taken to our room, but it was not there when we returned an hour later. Had to call and look for it. Not a good place to stay. Better choice of hotels in the area and cheaper. Definitely a lesson learned. Will not recommend this hotel or stay there again!!!!

Have had to stay in three different hotels in the area recently - this was the worst of the three. Small rooms. Staff was condescending that reservation made on Hotels.com. Basic amenities not available - e.g., no honor bar but no soda/snack machines either. Picked it so could have brunch on River Walk - front desk issue with keeping car in garage beyond checkout time. Much better options in the area.

Company Xmas party. Great Venue. Beautiful Room view. Wonderful Staff. Had a great stay!!
