It was an extremely good value for the price we paid. It would not be convenient to anyone traveling by public transport, but we had a car and parking on the property was ample. We also did not have any problems parking in Polignano a Mare and Alberobello, the places we visited on this trip. Polignano is just about 15 minutes away. The hotel had the feel of a 5-star and the staff service was impeccable. The pool was large and nice, even though we didn't use it.

A relaxing weekend
A lovely modern hotel and room with good facilities. Great bed, private balcony with table and chairs. Pool was lovely. 10 minutes walk to the historic centre.

A nice get away close to Fiesole and Florence
The hotel is on beautiful grounds very close to the town of Fiesole which overlooks Florence. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Super Stay For Sure
We had a fine two days in this clean and seemingly recently refurbished hotel a few hundred metres from the most amazing town that was full of charm and character In over 40 years of European travel this was the first hotel that insisted on swimming caps being worn before being allowed in the pool . Mist say that was a little odd but the pool and its surroundings were delightful . Poolside drinks and snacks were very reasonably prices and the staff were so very helpful There were only a couple of fellow British travelers in the hotel , which I found to be great . I liked the fact it was nearly all Italian tourists as they set high standards and are a sign that the hotel has quality The breakfast choice was great ....lots of fresh fruit as well as a freshly prepared fruit salad , tho the scrambled eggs were a bit dry and lumpy , maybe they should make smaller batches freshly more often , but just a minor niggle All in all a very pleasant stay indeed ....we'd go back for sure

buongiorno, camere e confort nulla da eccepire, la mattina dopo sceso a colazione ci siamo trovati davanti ad un buffet scarso e disorganizzato una sala colazioni dove i tavoli erano sporchi e non sparecchiati nonostante non ci fosse quasi nessuno a colazione , richiesto una spremuta di arance mi e' arrivato un bicchiere pieno al 30% ho dovuto attendere che qualcuno sparecchiasse un tavolo piccolo per potermi sedere . mi dispiace molto dover scrivere questa recensione ma credo ci sia molto da lavorare sotto questo punto di vista . grazie

Bien mais un peu cher pour sa localisation
Hôtel au milieu d’une zone industrielle qui déçoit de premier abord. Mais l’hôtel est isolé, protégé et très propre. Il n’y a aucune nuisance sonore et le personnel est très prévenant. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner complet. La piscine est propre et il y a un service de restauration rapide très bon. Bon hôtel un peu cher pour le lieu.

Disappointing
This is not a four star hotel. Ants in the hotel room, outdated furniture and the breakfast was way below standard. Pool area requires swimming cap, which you have to buy yourself if you want to use the pool.

Belle infrastructure dans une jolie ville
Sejour de 5 nuits sur place, complexe hotelier sympa, juste la chambre les serviettes ne sechaient pas car salle de bain trop humide et la vmc ne fonctionnait pas donc compliqué de faire secher maillots et serviettes. Bonnet de bain obligatoires à la piscine, piscine de nage plutôt que d'amusement. Conversano est une ville sympa en soirée bien située pour les visites des Pouilles

Viaggio di piacere con mia Moglie, l’Hotel si trova molto vicino al centro di Conversano è gestito in maniera eccellente ed il personale è molto professionale e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. In oltre Conversano si trova a due passi da molte città da visitare obbligatoriamente per le loro bellezze.

Ho scelto questo hotel per stare lontano dal caos dei centri balneari ed avere un comodo parcheggio (gratis) davanti alla struttura. L'albergo ha ampi spazi interni ed anche esterni (per fare colazione/pranzo/cena con un bel ulivo al centro della sala). Camera ampia, bagno confortevole, molto silenziosa ho dormito benissimo. Colazione con buona scelta dolce/salato. Merita una nota il ristorante dove ho pranzato e cenato davvero bene. Personale sempre disponibile e gentile! Lo consiglio anche per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consiglio solo di rivedere l'illuminazione in stanza. La lampada del comodino per esempio è troppo fioca.

Prima di assegnare camera occorre controllare
Ho chiesto di anticipare qualche ora la camera ma non e’stato possibilePoi siamo ritornati e abbiamo trovato la camera non in ordine.Poi abbiamo reclamato con il direttore e ci ha cambiato camera.Un po scomodo per arrivare alle camere l’ascensore non arriva al piano terra.Piscina aperta anche agli esterni di cui non abbiamo apprezzato e non abbiamo utizzato.Colazione discreta e personale che chiacchiera e poco attenti alla clientela.

Hotel non di categoria e zero relax!
Eperienza in generale negativa dovuta, in primis, a serie di condizioni non esplicitate nell’annuncio per le quali non avrei effettuato la mia prenotazione. Difatti, solo in loco ho scoperto che alla piscina accedono soggetti terzi che non soggiornano in hotel derivandone una vera e propria piscina pubblica con le ovvie conseguenze de caso: invasioni inopportune da parte di chi non soggiorna presso la struttura con molta confusione e nessun relax. Peraltro sempre sul posto ho appreso della limitazione temporale di fruibilità della stessa in quanto ne viene interdetta la balneazione dalle ore 18:00, orario per giunta ancora soleggiato e ottimale nel periodo estivo e che, in ogni caso, non dovrebbe essere applicato a coloro che soggiornano in hotel che, in siffatto modo, non hanno alcun vantaggio rispetto agli esterni. Nella nostra camera c’erano le formiche che si appalesavano quotidianamente a partire dal bagno e con due bimbi piccoli a seguito non è stato il massimo, specie trovandoci in un 4 stelle! La mattina alle 8:00 hanno ben pensato di far tosare l’erba dei giardinetti con un frastuono incredibile che, specie dalle stanze de primo piano come la nostra, ci ha svegliati di soprassalto, tanto che anche dei vicini di stanza hanno fatto le proprie rimostranze ben udibili al giardiniere che, pur tuttavia, ha continuato nel proprio lavoro. Non solo. Quando ho recuperato la mia vettura nel piazzale adiacente (lavata da poco per giunta) l’ho ritrovata sommersa d’erba!!!

Geen hotel voor een doorreis.
We kregen niet de gevraagde 4 persoonskamer maar twee kamers waarbij de tussendoor open zou zijn. Deze was helaas gesloten en we moesten weet terug naar de receptie. Bij aankomst moesten we onze koffers de trap op sjouwen terwijl we laten zagen dat er direct naast de receptie een lift was. We werden hier niet op geattendeerd door de persoon bij de receptie die verder niets te doen had. Ook bleek na onze lange warme reisdag het zwembad dicht. Er was hier geen vermelding op de website anders hadden we niet dit hotel geboekt.

Mooi hotel, mits je een kamer hebt aan de “goede” kant. In ons geval keken we op een braakliggend stuk terrein van het hotel, een echte afknapper als je de mooie foto’s op internet ziet. Mooie kamer, goed ontbijt. Centraal gelegen om bezienswaardigheden Puglia te bezoeken. Directe omgeving hotel bepaald niet noemenswaardig. Mooi zwembad, badmuts verplicht, wordt eventueel door hotel verstrekt, evenals badhanddoeken. Zwembad is ook toegankelijk voor locals en daarmee druk bezocht. Goed Italiaans ontbijt, veel zoetigheden.

Séjour agréable à Conversano
Séjour agréable, chambre spacieuse avec balcon donnant sur la piscine. Calme et propre. Le personnel est agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux ! Par contre, la literie est moyenne, le lit était trop petit et un peu trop mou. La piscine est très plaisante. Le spa était en rénovation donc pas accessible.

Hotel completamente ristrutturato e moderno, camere spaziose e luminose, la colazione è fantastica con frutta fresca di stagione (abbiamo fatto indigestione di ciliege ...). Menzione speculale per la piscina semiolimpionica (25m), pulitissima e il cloro utilizzato era in quantità tale da non sentirsi affatto.
