Need more little cleaning

Super clean, good shape. Excellent value

This Best Western was a disappointment. The lobby was full of half a dozen noisy, wet teenage girls when we arrived. Our room was pretty standard but felt rundown. The bathroom had cracks in the floor, marks on the walls, and a weird narrow bath towel that we couldn’t figure out. The tub was scary. I thought it would crack or buckle under my weight and it didn’t drain properly so there was about three inches of standing dirty water when I was done. We hardly got any sleep due to the noisy girls running up and down the hallway, talking and giggling at all hours of the night and even outside. Then there was an old A/C unit that made loud machine sounds when the fan turned on. July 3rd was not a night to have no A/C. We were supposed to stay a total of three nights but we checked out after the first. We won’t be back.

Room is very spacious, quiet area with a great view of the lake. A big downfall we discovered was that the hot water to supply the Jacuzzi didn't seem sufficient enough to be able to keep the water consistently hot and seemed to come out slow. Other than that it was extremely quiet and had a great view of Fox Lake.

This place was wild. The pool was very warm, but unfortunately warmer than the hot tub. They seem to be pretty stingy with towels, but they did finally give us two extra (so all four people in the room could have their own towel.) Our bed was mysteriously moist—like the bedding hadn’t been dried quite all the way when it was put on the bed. We just slept on top of the covers because we were too tired to bother. The duvet cover wasn’t one though—just two sheets sandwiching the duvet between them. For the price I suppose it wasn’t the worst. Shower worked well, fridge was nice, coffee was not bad…
