The room itself was very nice. It’s been updated so it has laminated floors, updated bathroom sink and comfortable beds. The hallways are terrible though. It smells of old cigarette smoke and the carpets are filthy. Thankfully, we were close to the outside door. It was also a unique set up with one building a short walk from the main check in desk. We actually had to walk across the parking lot to go get breakfast in the lobby. Not a big deal but unexpected. Weekday breakfast was also only a continental. Coffee, muffins, cereal, toast, yogurt. No eggs, sausage, etc. Only on weekends. The Mexican restaurant right next to the hotel was AMAZING. Definitely a must try if you stay.

This property was very close to Coastal Carolina which was what we needed. The room was clean, however some parts were run down. The bed was extremely hard and housekeeping used cleaning supplies that had a very strong fragrance. Fine place for a quick overnight stay and much cheaper than other hotels close by.

Get what you pay for.
Definitely get what you pay for in a $50 - $100 hotel. The shower head had rust on it, hair in the shower, the door key mechanism was broken, there were dirty rags in the stairs, and the fact that nowhere in the description online does it say that some rooms are in a completely separate building that has no lobby, no vending, no ice and exterior doors that say use room key to enter but don t lock at all.

Amazing Value!
Owners are amazing, I have stayed here often while visiting my daughter at CCU and I love it! Close to everything, rooms are always clean, beds are extremely comfortable. Can’t beat the value!!!

We book our employees here a lot i would say ten to twelve times a year and the last time they asked our employee for a deposit of $100 when the room was paid for in advance. When calling them about this they said it would be refunded upon check out once the room was inspected. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

The guy that checked me in was strange. Told me I booked a handicapped room when I did not. I booked a king bed. Then told me he didn’t have any king beds. Then asked me if I still wanted the room that I booked. When I said yes. I want the king room I booked. He then says, I have one king room left in the back. I was so confused. He said all that to say nothing. Waisted my time and he was puffing a vape pin. Extremely unprofessional.

Crazy Conway night
There seems to be no security measures in this back building. There were men fighting in the hall during the night. One was obviously not staying with the other from the conversation overheard. I was unable to call the front desk because the phone is just for looks. Obviously there is no security camera in the entrance or hallway of the building and if there is it isn’t being monitored. I called the police myself and when they arrived one gentleman was laying in the middle of the hall and had been beaten. When I checked out (very shortly after) I mentioned security measures and having to call the police and the guy never acknowledged that I said anything. I have stayed here in the past with no issues but will not be returning.

Clean but had odor
The room waa clean and comfortable and service was friendly. The only thing was that there was a cleaning smell that waa overwhelming it smelled like a vets office and i saw no animals there so i am not certain why it smelled that way.
