This place looked good until I seen bugs crawling everywhere. Not just one or two roaches it was an infestation. When I got home I had to leave my luggage on the porch and unpack as I could wash everything, then I had to buy roach spray and spray my suitcase down because I was afraid of packing them in. Horrible motel.

I would not recommend this property to anyone unless this was the absolute last place on Earth they could go. We arrived to a filthy room with hair in the bedsheets and grime all over the floor. It was so bad that we had to wear socks or shoes for our entire stay because of how dirty the floor was. The room also had an overwhelming smell of smoke despite explicitly asking for a non-smoking room. The water was so full of chlorine that we were forced to buy a water filtering pitcher! The chlorine also ruined my hair. The first night of our stay the couple in the room right beside us had a violent altercation, complete with screaming obscenities, slamming doors, and hitting the walls. When we called the front desk they told us not to worry, and that they were homeless individuals who had been housed there by a local business. She stated that she would “revoke their vouchers if they didn’t learn how to act.” There were CONSTANTLY people in front of our door chain smoking, which lead to the smoke coming into our room because of a large gap between the door and the floor itself. They continued to fight and be rowdy, despite the front desks’ efforts. Finally, we ourselves were heckled by that same couple as we moved our things from the room. They called out to and berated my boyfriend because they believed that we had called the police (we didn’t!) earlier that morning. Thankfully we were able to go to a better hotel for the final days preceding our home being fixed.

OK but not the friendliest.
We got there an hour early and clerk refused to check us in so we drove around Conway and listened to talking book to kill time. I used to clerk at a travelodge, and if someone came just a little early and their room was ready I'd give them a key. Breakfast was barely adequate-no hot items except oatmeal.

The room itself was good for the cheap price. The guests in surrounding rooms took away from the overall experience. We were in a non-smoking room, but the room was engulfed by the smell of cigarettes any time the guest staying above us smoked. In addition to smell, sound traveled between rooms to the extent that any noise made by guests in neighboring rooms or out side were clearly heard in our room. The structural issues causing the above disturbances decreased any sense privacy. However, the motel staff were very nice and accommodating. The convenient location allowed for easy access to food options and efficient travel.

Proximity to interstate was great. Restaurants close by. Lots of parking. Bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy parking for someone with a disability. My only complaint was breakfast didn't offer much variety.

The staff was nice and friendly, decent price. The room had a hole in wall, there was a 1in gap under the entry door in our 2nd room, so we heard everything going on outside all through night. The 1st room was supposed to be non smoking but wasnt but they quickly moved us to other room.

The stay was ik but the room wasn't really in good shape. The chair was dirt looking, the bed top sheet wasn't as clean and the towels were from different hotels and dingy looking.

Terrible service
Made reservation then called to confirm we had pets which person who answered phone said no problem there’s small fee which I said fine. When arrived at hotel they informed me they did have any pet rooms left and won’t be honoring my reservation. Usually wouldn’t be big deal to rebook a room but at 11pm at night on holiday weekend it wasn’t easy with pets. Don’t be surprised if you show up and no pet room available.

Ew, but nice people
First room we received had not been cleaned, there was dirt all over the sink and urine in the toilet, gnat bodies on the bed. The front desk lady apologized and was very nice about it. Gave us a new room. The new room looked cleaner, but smelt terrible like smoke. On further inspection we found a huge gap between the door and frame, extremely dirty vents, and my son saw a roach on the wall. My son's feet were blackened with dirt from walking in the floor. The last at the desk was great but that was about the only thing.

The air did not work in my room. They had no other rooms available. It was 100 plus degrees that day and just miserable. They did bring a box fan to me but at that point it was just circulating hot air. The shower was gross. The liner had mildew all at the bottom.

We want our guests to enjoy their stay and find our AC and heat amenities to be clean and in perfect working condition. Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.
